There was an hour wait for a table when we arrived, so we decided to eat at the bar where the full menu was available. The servers were great: friendly and helpful. They suggested 2 dishes which we decided to split. The kitchen even split them for us. They were delicious! We will return there for sure if back in... More

We have eaten here three times during trips to Cherokee. By far the best restaurant in Cherokee. Prices are reasonable. There is a great selection on the menu. Food is always great. Service is fast and attentive.

For the first night of our weekend get away we ate at Brio Tuscan Grill. We had eaten here before so we knew what to expect. Our drinks were great and our food was even better. I had the spare ribs (soooooo good!) and my husband had the crab cakes (not crispy enough for my taste). Not only was our... More

This restaurant is one of those places that remind you of an Oasis of perfection that you search for, but sadly hardly find. My first impression of the restaurant was a management tool in action that I rarely see used. The hostess told me there was a 10 -20 minute wait. I did a double take because there was no... More

We drove from Asheville to Cherokee specifically to eat at Brio, which is just about one hour. Good arrival, valet told us Brio would validate our $12 valet parking fee. The hotel is very pretty inside and outside.. When we walked up to the restaurant it was very pretty. We were seated right away and brought bread, which was very... More

We stayed in Cherokee on a hiking trip. Brio is the #1 rated restaurant according to TripAdvisor. I had the address, but I didn't realize that it is in Harrah's Casino. It was not a big deal to us to have to walk thru the casino to get to the restaurant. Once you go upstairs, you don't feel like you're... More

Absolutely delicious food!!!! The menu is vast with so many choices for Italian food lovers!!!! We have eaten at this restaurant several times and we always order the appetizer of spicy shrimp served over eggplant.... Yummy!!! I loved the lobster and shrimp fettuccine tonight!!! Breads are fabulous and service is outstanding!!!!

We had and early dinner there (5:30 PM) last week and found their Dinner Salads to be a great value. They are a great lighter alternative to their good pasta and steaks. You can also sort of customize them if you speak nicely to your server who is normally very helpful. The management at Brio really do want you to... More

We frequent Harrah's a lot since we only live 30 minutes from here and we finally tried Brio's, and it is now our restaurant of choice at Harrah's! We typically went to Selu Garden or the buffet, but Brio's has much better food, better atmosphere and is much more romantic. The service was incredible from the hostess to the server... More
