I've been going to Sauceman's for a few years now and it is now a weekly stop when in town. You always feel welcome there and the staff seems to care about the clients. The food comes out quick (1-3 minutes) usually and is consistently good. The sauces are quite good (ask for their white sauce) and while i'm not... More

This is hands down the best barbecue chicken I have ever had. Fall apart, moist, melt in your mouth goodness. Couple it with the grilled corn on the cob and slaw and prepare those around you that you may make animal noises. It's that good!

Chopped pork plate is great and so are sides. Generous portions keep us coming back when hungry. Pickle chips great here too. One of my favorite new places. Apparently they are expanding dining area and parking - they'll need it. Variety of sauces. Preference would be for Coke products. Keep up the good work Sauceman!!

This is no where close to where I live and so have only been here a couple of times, when working close by. I must say I was very, very impressed with the food. especially the onion rings - the best I have ever eaten! wish there was a closer location to me so I could enjoy their menu more... More

I enjoy trying all types of BBQ at all different places. Sauceman's scored very high. I purchased the Brisket and BBQ pork plate very tasty I must say. Baked beans collard greens and white slaw all complemented the brisket and pork very well. The sauces hit the spot as well. I enjoyed the Hush puppies but they were cold. Over... More

I have eaten here 4 times now , every time it's consistent and excellent! Just as good if not better than all or most of the barbecue places in Charlotte.

We had a tailgate for the Panthers Game. We had 16 people and the food was great. Beans, Slaw and Sauces were the best. Suaceman's know how to put up a great tailgate. i go there to get pork, hushpuppies and sometimes Brisket.

A simple, no frills restaurant with excellent pulled pork barbecue and sides. Add ons include classic Carolina vinegar (as well as the hickory smoked red cue sauce or the yellow mustard-based stuff for all you heretics). Good, friendly service, fresh tea, not too expensive, and a cool spot to meet for lunch or dinner. Arona and other staff are extremely... More

Low-key BBQ spot in the Queen City with an abundance of sauces! Has been my weekly lunch staple for a few years. Best deal: the Sauceman's chopped sandwich combination. Ample portions. For the bonus: try the white sauce (limited quantities).
