I've ordered take-out from here multiple times while in Charlotte, and it has consistently been excellent. The food is reasonably priced, the store is located in an easy-to-access shopping center on the corner of Colony & Rea Rd, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I especially like that they are highly receptive to order customizations, such as plain Lo Mein or friend rice, extra egg or vegetables in certain dishes, etc. This is truly a wonderful restaurant that I look forward to dining at again!

The food is always delicious and fairly priced. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. We’ll keep going here. It’s also very convenient!

My wife and I have dined at Jade Dragon with friends several times and have enjoyed our meals. Ordering from the combos on the back of the menu makes a lot of sense as portions and prices are smaller. We'll return,

This restaurant is in a nice area in Charlotte NC off rea rd. Not far from Ballantyne that offers great Asian food and a fair price. I like this place for its nice, quaint, relaxing (soft music), and not so loud. There are other nice restaurants in the area but find them to be busy, loud, and long waits. Service is always fast and the food always hot and fresh.

My family and I love the Jade Dragon restaurant in colony place in Charlotte North Carolina. We’ve tried a lot of their menu and have not been disappointed once. We always get it to go and they always have a ton of food. Really good eggrolls and spring rolls. The only negative would be you get a choice between white rice and brown rice and my family like fried rice which they don’t have. That’s the only downfall so far

This is my local Chinese restaurant close to my new house. Tonight was the first time visiting ... I sat at the bar and ordered takeout. Service was fast and friendly and my shrimp curry was delicious. I have not yet dined in but it looked cozy.

Was seeking out a sit down Chinese restaurant and this place didn’t disappoint. The wait was about 20 minutes. The food was quality with great portion sizes. Would definitely go back, no complaints.

Service was friendly and efficient. Late lunchtime was completely empty. Open to modification of orders (asked for sesame tofu to be spicy and fried extra crispy). Flavors in sauces were good on the lunch time beef with veggies and the sesame tofu.

What a gem!! Jade Dragon truly lives up to its name. It is a rare find in Charlotte. The Crab Rangoon were amazing; truly a great start to any meal. We had the lunch specials which are great deals, ranging from $6.95 to $8.50. Lunch specials are a generous portion of food and they come with the most delicate spring rolls you have ever had. The Orange Flavored Chicken was bursting with flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. The Sa Cha Beef was also amazing with the perfect combination of flavors.
Only draw back is that they have no desserts, which my son wanted. The atmosphere is nice, decorated with traditional Chinese paintings. Service was superb!! Our waitress was a delight and so helpful explaining the dishes. Nevertheless, the service was very fast, we got our appetizer and our dishes in under 10 minutes!!!!

I had the Szechuan chicken and my husband ordered the Sweet and Sour while kids had egg drop soups and appetizers.
The soups were thick and tasted of "real" egg. The spring rolls had fresh cabbage inside and everything was cooked really well. I loved that the main dishes weren't swimming in sauce and that the meats had the flavor of the "kiss of the wok" taste.
Will definitely come back and order again!

We have been living in CLT for years. Not sure when it opened but soooooo glad we found this place. It is now our go-to Chinese. The sesame shrimp (large and perfectly done every time) is our favorite dish but haven't had a disappointment with anything yet. Good quality and good value.

this place is very clean very simple and the food is the best I have ever had in my 50 years i have had my third visit there and look forward to many more. the soup is great best i ever had. the egg rolls and spring rolls are great. the food is the best. the crispy scallop dish oh wow i love it.I went to jade dragon because o the great reviews and you should to. by the way the price is way low with lunch and dinner specials at 8 dollars for the meal with rice and egg roll. the most pricey thing is 15 dollars enjoy
