If you want a great server, ask for Jessica, she is amazing! PF Chang's food is always delicious and Jessica's service puts it over the top!

We love PF Changs and are frequent visitors when we are home. While the staff was lovely, excellent service, the food was just ok, much better at home.

I visited PF Chang's recently, and it was awesome as usual! The service was second to none, and the food was delicious. My food took a little longer than usual, so they brought a complimentary order of spicy chicken, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant for great Asian fusion food.

We had a wonderful time at PF Changs, while visiting Charlotte. We had the Changs Dinner for Two.....with egg rolls, egg drop soup, Mongolian beef and honey crispy chicken, and a berry shortcake for dessert. It was amazing!

I have always like PF Changs!! The food is not Chinese food it is an american/Chinese influence. My favorite is the lettuce wraps, and Mongolian Beef. I went last night for a drink and enjoyed the atmosphere and a great fruity drink with my girl!!!

I go to PF Changs pretty often and it's consistent food. Nothing spectacular, but tasty and well described by the wait staff. They have good Gluten Free options and seem to be very attentive to GF meals. Service can be slow, it seems like it's slower when the place isn't too crowded and that they really hustle when it's busy.... More

Have ate here several times and always have had good food and service. I like the fact that you have the option of choosing what kind of rice you would like with your meal. Have ate at the San Juan P.R. location and you basically have to order your meal exactly as its printed on the menu no choosing here.

We were unpleasantly surprised at the poor service we got May 23. We have enjoyed many meals here but this day was a disaster. Server Hanna gave us attitude from the moment we sat down. We asked for some noodles to munch on and had to ask a second time before we got them. We were never served water refills.... More

I've wanted to try for sometime but do not have one locally. Service was fantastic. Food was pretty good. Shrimp appetizer was wonderful, orange chicken was average.

The service was excellent and so was the ginger chicken broccoli! I also had the boiled wontons and they were an excellent appetizer. I went there with my son and we had a great time! The location and atmosphere was nice, in a great area in Charlotte. I think the restaurant would be great for a special "date" dinner or... More
