Great customer service, attentive staff, COVID-19 friendly with masks, and great food. We ordered mac-n-cheese, sweet thai chili cauliflower, buddha bowl and carrot cake. All were tasty and very filling. Prices were reasonable and atmosphere was comfortable, cozy, and clean.

Wow and just WOW! It’s the package- great food., great atmosphere, great selection, great BEVERAGES!, and great service ! Went for lunch on a Thursday after searching for vegan restaurants. Several came up BUT my aunt Loves Brussels sprouts so we saw those on the...menu and chose this restaurant. Their patio is Gorgeous great view of the local shops and thoroughfare without excessive noise. Unfortunately they were short staffed that day and we had to be seated inside- BUT the atmosphere and decor inside made it just as pleasant. I was blown away by the cocktail list! I’ve never been to a vegan restaurant that had so many to choose from. I forget the names of what we had but mine had beet and hers had peach & Bulleit burbon- both were excellent! Just the right blend of flavors and alcohol. We were hungry and don’t live locally so we ate a lot!😆 Brussel sprouts, Mac n cheese, roasted potatoes, Thai cauliflower and the mousse for dessert! Wow- everything was exceptional! I wish I could have taken a photo of every dish they brought out around us! Nothing looked subpar or ill presented. Of all we had they were all excellent! The mac n cheese was even better that night! I highly recommend this restaurant. I am not vegan but I have dairy and egg sensitives and it’s easiest to just find a vegan restaurant. I can not stress to the foodies of the world how good GOOD vegan is! It is the most amazing breakfast in the world! The chocolate mousse had a whipped cream that had me not even missing dairy! Please give this place a try if you’re Vegan or not!More

Some of the best vegetarian food in Charlotte, conveniently located on East Blvd and offering a whole menu of yummy food. Brunch is particularly recommended.

Varied menu with many vegetarian and vegan options. I had the seitan steak and it was the best I have ever eaten. It came with fingerling potatoes and a variety of veggies. The service was good and they have a decent wine and cocktail selection.

Bar Seating without reservation option allowed for quick seating and we were fortunate enough to be seated near repeat customers with good tips. The avocado toast was fantastic tasting and beautiful too! I like meat so although I ordered and liked the faux chicken &...waffles - I wouldn’t order that again. Love the decor!More

We haven been here a number of times with our son & his family. Angela was our waitress, she was excellent, patient sweet, smiled, very efficient with our group of 7. When I asked for a Bloody Mary, ($6 or $8?) she told me about...the $1 special Bloody Mary that I believe was a brunch special, it was excellent!!! Had the Cauliflower appetizer, excellent, OM burger and their potatoes, hubby had berry french toast, son had the nacho bowl... others had scramble, & veggie options that were yummy as well...we are not vegans, but we're very happy with our selections. A favorite of our son's family...we know we will be there again next visit. Thank you Angela, you were terrific, loved your smile!!More

had our Valentine's dinner a week later here. Couldn't decide what we wanted - everything looked amazine! Started with the Buffalo cauliflower bites, had the seitan steak and pasta mushroom bolonaise, and took home the carrot cake dessert! The food is so tasty, and we're...grateful for a delicious and inventive vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Hoping to go back very soon!More

We recently had a delicious brunch. Everything is vegan, so we loved the whole wheat waffles with “chicken” and maple syrup. Even the coffee was delicious. The “chicken” was made out of lightly battered mushrooms. Definitely will return to Fern.

We were a party of 9, and we did reserve a table. 7 from Charlotte, 2 from Houston, 2 from NC mountains. Time mattered as there was a flight to make. The latter 4 were driving from Asheville area. The service was impeccable. The food,...oh the food! Fabulous. Everyone enjoyed it! AND we had only gone there because one person from Texas was vegetarian. Otherwise, the other 8 of us would never have know how simply delicious every plate we ordered tasted. Yes, want to return! 2 already have!More

Went here with family for the first time due to a vegan grandchild. We liked the casual setting, beer and wine list, and the service was good. Both the Buffalo and Thai cauliflower appetizers were delicious, and the Brussels sprouts were not quite done and...just ok. The vegan burgers were well cooked, but would have liked a little more kick to them. Loved the mixed vegetable side which was nicely herbed. The vegan cheese was sparse on it and more would have helped. The portions were very generous. We would return if there was a vegan in the group who wanted to go.More
