It looked like there was some seating upstairs but we were seated in the bar area which was pretty loud even on a Tuesday night owing to all of the hard surfaces in the room. Sitting in a noisy bar had two effects on my experience: it made me want to pay pub prices for the food and it made... More

I stopped in for lunch with my Wife and a friend. I am sorry to say this was not our first choice but few places were open on Memorial Day. Well, the lack of open restaurants allowed us to find a small gem! The inside is simple brick and open. A very corner bar feel. We ordered the Patata Bravas,... More

Was in the upper room for an after wedding Sunday Breakfast (they called it Brunch, but I only saw breakfast food. It was $20 per person buffet style. We had about 10 of our friends there, and landed on a big table we could all sit at. The food wasn't that good - and when the bowls were empty, it... More

This was such a cool place! It is a great environment, great service and lots of different tapas to chose from. We sampled lots of great things. They also have a great, inexpensive wine list. Cool local place!

I love tapas! Food was delicious and the drinks were as well. Paid a pretty penny and was very busy on a Saturday. Wait time was 30 to 45 mins so we were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar. Very very clean and enjoyable. When you come, prepare tapas it is and that is what you shall... More

Great atmosphere for a bar. We did not eat but just sat at the bar. The decor and oldness feel of the bar was very cool.

Dandelion is well located for anyone that works uptown, especially on the north side of Tryon. The servers are always very nice and I've never had a bad meal! I've always gone for lunch so can't say what dinner is like but I would definitely recommend it for a casual or business lunch. They are a bit slow in food... More

Dandelion Market basically has a southern inspired 'tapas' menu. Order a variety of small plates, put them together, and make a great meal. When it comes to small plates, it's important to get the good ones. It's easy to be disappointed if you don't. In my case, I tried the wings, the brussel sprouts, and the macaroni and cheese. Parts... More

Good food, homey atmosphere, friendly service. Loved the mini biscuits they brought out first, with house-made blackberry jam and apple butter that was not too sweet, the way I like it. Timing was a bit off on the benedict dish I got: poached eggs were too runny, over slightly cold but perfectly sautéed spinach and portobello mushrooms and tomatoes on... More
