Zen Fusion is Charlotte's hottest Fusion Restaurant with a touch of urban trendy atmosphere in the heart of Dilworth just five minutes from uptown Charlotte. Zen presents a globally accented Spanish and Asian menu that draws upon the vibrancy of the culinary genius from both of its chefs; creating a menu as culturally diverse as Charlotte, herself. The plates are a union of ideals from various regions creating inspired dishes rooted in traditional and modern techniques present throughout our menu from Chinese, Thai, Japanese Habachi, Latin and Spanish Tapas.
My wife and I dine here frequently. The superb quality of the food is matched by the friendliness and attentiveness of the owner and his staff. One of our very favorite places to go and have a great time.
Chose this restaurant based on Trip Advisor ratings on our first visit to Charlotte and was not disappointed. Thai Basil Shrimp was outstanding as was the calamari and Red Snapper. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great dinner here over the weekend. It sounded a little bit different so we decided to give it a try. The food was great and the service was quick. If I had any criticism it would be that I ordered spicy dishes...and they were on the milder side but excellent.More
We were a little skeptical of Asian-Spanish fusion but our dinner here was fantastic! I had the hibachi steak and my husband had Pad Thai. It seemed like a very local place, service was excellent and it had a nice ambiance. It is a little...pricey but was worth every penny!More
We have eating at Miro's which is owned by the other brother and decided to try Zen Fusion on our way home. We got there just as they opened and we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and the owner. It is a fairly large...restaurant and seems to be frequented by a lot of local regulars. We shared the largest portion of edaname and it was delicious but more than we could eat. We then tried to spicy ahi tuna nachos and they were delicious. Next came the langoustinos al Pil Pil, we bothed liked them very much, a little dissapointed that they were not what we considered "jumbo" shrimp. The last dish we tried was the lamb meat balls. Be sure you get some rolls so you can dip the sauce. This meat balls and the sauce were excellent. We had a very nice time and meal and wish we lived closer.More
