This place is a joke! We literally placed our order and waited outside for over an hour after being told the wait would be 45 minutes. When we inquired about the order the first time, we were told it was coming up soon. After another...10 minutes we requested our money back and one of the young ladies said she would check to see where our order was in the queue. She comes back after another 10 minutes to say our order and a few orders after ours did not get in the rotation because the receipt paper went out when our order was placed 🤔...but we received a receipt! We sat in our car as requested after placing the order and watched them bring out several orders for rounds of cars that were there before us, at the same time as us, and after us and THAT was the excuse they gave for us not receiving our food in a timely fashion? Then to add insult to injury with us wasting an hour and a half of our day and not receive the order, she refunds our money and offers 20% off the next time we come. This was our first time ever trying this place and first impression is lasting! It’s really sad that our people still can’t get it together in business but we’re the first to say we don’t support our own.....this is a prime example why! Worst part of this experience is we never received food after all of this and they blocked me on social media because they received a poor review. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I guess everyone cannot accept constructive criticism!More

We’ve been a couple of times as we have a senior friend that lives in the area and we love it! It’s not an everyday option for us, but who wouldn’t love some occasional fried shrimp! Staff is super friendly. It’s a small place, but...worth a visit.More

We were in Charlotte for a concert and stopped here because it was close to our hotel. We were told that it would take 20 minutes, but it was out in a bout 8 minutes. We did come on a Tuesday and it wasn't crowded....I got the fish and 1/2 mac and cheese. My boyfriend got shrimp and fries. The fish was fried but not greasy. It was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The tartar sauce was amazing. The lobster mac and cheese really was awesome. My boyfriend said that his food was really good as well. I guess portion size is subjective, but I had a hard time eating all of my food in one sitting. There was a lot of lobster mac and cheese. I had to bring it back to the hotel and finish it for lunch and I was still full. I probably had twice as much food as my boyfriend's shrimp and fries. I would absolutely come back . This was probably the best meal we had in Charlotte.More

My friends and I traveled to Charlotte. I said I wanted seafood so we just googled some seafood restaurants and came across Cuzzo’s. Figured by the name alone this spot had to be good. It was REAALLY good! I ordered fried shrimp with the lobster...Mac and cheese (they’re known for the Mac.. and I see why!). It was GOOD. Also has their regular lemonade. Tasty, tasty TASTY! Customer service is good too. Only waited about 15 mins for my food and it was pretty busy in there. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks for being a pleasant surprise! I’ll be blogging about this on my personal site as well!More

8 of us went Saturday morning at 11 AM for brunch. OMG!!! Everyone was very pleased. This was my 2nd time eating there. It was there 1st. We were visiting from Virginia. Everyone went back Sunday before hitting the road to get some more lobster...mac and cheese. We also had the red velvet waffles with chicken wings. Delicious. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if in this area.More

I came in at 6:30 on a Saturday and the sign said 45-60 mins wait. I assumed that was to sit but no, no, no. The wait time was to merely get the food once it was ordered. Everyone said “it’s worth the wait”. I...ordered then ran a few errands, came back after about 50 and the food was ready in about ten minutes after I returned. FYI - Door dash picks up from here and may be a better option. The funny thing is the restaurant is full of tables and chairs but everyone sitting is simply waiting on their food. Not actually eating at the tables. To go seems to b the preferred option. My family and I ordered an assortment of food. Non of which is worthy of mentioning once you taste the lobster Mac. By far, this is the best thing I tasted and I’d assume it’s the best thing on the entire menu. Of you go, go for the lobster mac!!More

I've had the pleasure of eating here twice now. The 1st was during the gov't shutdown where they provided employees a free lunch which was very noble of them. I had jerk wings, red beans & rice. On my most recent visit, I had the...same but I added the lobster mac & cheese. I love the jerk flavored wings which has a hint of sweetness, a pinch of heat that doesn't linger on your pallet too long. The red beans & rice was flavorful & seemed to pair well with the wings & M&C. The M&C was cheesy, bold, & very unique. I really enjoyed this side however think it would taste that much better if real lobster was included. I'd pay the up charge! Overall, this is a restaurant I will continue to frequent & has become a staple of the local Charlotte area community. I see why.More
