Truly surprised by good reviews. The pizza was so salty, the sauce lacked flavor, bad crust. Really greasy.

From walking in being greeted by a true Italian to the fries being hot to the wings being on point with more ranch than you need without asking... The pizza was awesome!! Yes it's an older place but it was packed and I know why very good and the friendly staff made it even better!

Awesome food, awesome people. Owners and staff make you feel like you're at home. Tar Heel vibe abounds. Best new York style pie to be found in the area, nice screens and above average beer selection. This is my go to beer and pizza place hands down. IP3 rules.

This is simply the best pizza in Chapel Hill. The old Peppers may have rivaled it with unique combinations (like the chicken soup pizza), but for authentic Italian pizza (except for not having a wood-fired oven), this is the place. Great people working there, friendly and welcoming. My only reason for a one-star downgrade is upkeep--it needs some infrastructure upgrades... More

It's like Cheers where everybody knows your name. As you open the door you get a huge welcome from Angelo, Vinnie, and the rest of the staff behind the counter. It's a family owned, low key establishment with delicious food. And, if you enjoy sports (especially soccer and basketball) this is the place to watch. Only get there crazy early... More

We came for the pizza but my son also had an antipasto salad. He has traveled Italy extensively and he raved about the authenticity of the meal and the people working there. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening with beer, salad, and pizza. One of the counter staff came outside to talk to my son about his experience in... More

This is a go-to spot for a slice and a soda for lunch. Delicious crust with fresh toppings. Sometimes a slight line but the pizza comes out pretty quickly. The salads are decent for a pizza shop and the cheesesteak is great.

Affectionately known as IP3 by the locals, this unassuming pizza place has a loyal following among a lot of UNC athletes. The walls are even decorated with photos of players and coaches. Apparently, it's also a big hangout to watch European soccer matches. The owners are from Italy, and the pizza is more of the New York thin crust kind.... More
