Wood grilled shrimp. - excellent. Very good service. Large salad was large. Mushroom ravioli - very tasty, but small portion, as stated by the waitress. Tiramisu is worth getting. I'd certainly recommend this spot. Surprisingly, it was not crowded.

Convenient restaurant on Franklin Street. Good Italian food/pasta and other American dishes. Staff is attentive and efficient. A great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Dining at the bar is an option as well.

We miss 518 in Raleigh, the sister restaurant that closed and looked forward to pasta while in Chapel Hill with family. Seated in the sunroom which is sunny, a bit too sunny at lunchtime without glasses or shade. The menu was for brunch and we really wanted Italian lunch and should have asked as brunch was "meh". Not great or... More

While my two other guest enjoyed their NC Trout which is small meal for a high price, I went more traditional Italian with the pasta dish; Shrimp Puttanesca. While the shrimp was big and delicious, noodles were cooked perfectly I was extremely disappointed in the sauce... it taste like a simple out of a jar Ragu and I probably could... More

Yes, this is not classic Italian cooking, but they use Italian ingredients and make their dishes interesting and terrific. The menu is innovative and changes often enough to keep me coming back. Fresh ingredients, attentive and pleasant staff, good wine and beer selections. Prices are reasonable.

My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner here one evening. In addition to a Monday half-price bottle of wine special, we also enjoyed an early-bird half-price pizza special. I started with the citrus salad which was quite nice. The pizza was prepared incorrectly, but the error was efficiently corrected. To top everything off, the tiramisu dessert was perfect. He... Stopped in for dinner after an exhausting travel day and was happy with the experience. All employees were pleasant and professional, service was quick and efficient. Food was very good. We had a citrus salad, excellent and well seasoned. We shared two small plates(one seafood pasta, one gnocchi scallop) and enjoyed both. I would recommend to others. Coming from NY,... More

My wife and I had dinner with my brother and his family at 411 after receiving a recommendation from the bartender at the Franklin. We had my brother's kids with us, which can sometimes be a problem when dining out. The wait staff was very accommodating. The kids were able to order their meals and customize them to their taste.... More

We had a delicious brunch in a friendly setting. Our server, Luke, was really quite good, which always improves an experience. The food was the star. Simply wow.
