Nice presentation. Portions are small for the price. Taste was OK. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. Chocolate Brownie desert was delicious.

Small but wonderful patio on the side of the restaurant is delightful in cool weather. Fresh salads with greens from local farmers, creative entrees and well desserts prepared on-site make this a great location for friends to get together or for a business meal. Well stocked bar and good recommendations from staff for pairings or local brews add to a... More

Every single one of our dishes -- and we went all out, with appetizers, main courses, and desserts -- was full of interesting tastes and combinations. Portions were good sizes, the food was not heavy, there was a good selection, and it was prettily presented. One of our group is gluten-free and said that, very unusually, she didn't feel like... My wife and I went one nite on a whim. Sat outside had an awesome time. The waitress recommended a really good wine, we enjoyed it. The mussels are great. My wife had a vegetarian dish which said was very good. Portions are good , can be pricey if you are not careful. Usually that happens with an added liquor... More

a regular stop for us, we eat late and appreciate the slightly later closing hours even on the weekdays. Service is professional and food is always very good. Would love some more beer (non IPA) selections but understand wine is the focus!

Glasshalfull is one of my favorite places for a delicious lunch, brunch and/or dinner. The menu is diverse and features dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant and outdoor seating is fantastic when the weather is right.

To start, the wine list was varied and interesting. I chose a Spanish Viognier and loved it; my husband was happy with a Chianti. When they brought our blueberry corn salad it also had almonds, feta, red onion and cucumber - nice combination. Then came our whitefish spread, which was a little bland but the tasty accompaniments made up for... More

My daughter took me for lunch to celebrate Father's Day at this restaurant. The food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed the fritatas, the fired brussel sprouts, the strawberry gaspacco soup, and beet salad. Absolutely wonderful. But the table next to us had seven adults and one two year old screaming child which made conversations very difficult. The adults didn't... More

We went here with a friend from the area and it was a terrific choice. Everything that came to the table from the antelope to the yellowfin tuna to the delightful cocktails to the desserts were spot on delicious. There was not a weak spot in the entire dinner. A must place to eat while in Chapel Hill.

I ate Fried Soft Shell Crab for the first time in 13 yrs since having to be Gluten Free. All their fried items are gluten free. It's wonderful to be able to order anything I choose off the menu. I highly, highly recommend Glasshalfull.
