Sunset dining outdoors on the patio, Tuna Wellington yummy but not as rare as requested, nice wine list, probably the best key lime pie we have ever had. Service was ok, new so a step off their game, but friendly. Live music was superb, both the song list and her voice and guitar. Wear some bug spray that won't affect... More

Loved it! Crab cakes were great, and the wife had the grilled chicken special and enjoyed it as well. Berry-misu for dessert! Service was also spot on. We'll be back.

I suffer from many food allergies and it has proven challenging to find foods without any allergens. Cafe Pamlico made sure to inquire about my allergies and took precautions so as not to risk cross-contamination with other foods. Even though I was allergic to all of their desserts, they made ac special one that I could eat, and it too... More

Fresh caprese salad from the gardens outside....red snapper with a citrus sauce to die for on coconut jasmine rice.....elegant wines...wonderful waiter (Josh) and desserts we ate even though we were too full for dessert ....because who can resist fresh berry tiramisu??? The Food is divine!! Service was great and super friendly but not overly intrusive. The Scallop Appetizer was great, Blue Crab Cakes, fantastic, pan-seared red snapper over coconut rice, to die for!!! Dessert, Key Lime Pie and Creme Brulee, none better anywhere. A true culinary experience worth every dime and we really thought our bill would have been higher. It... More

We visit OBX every year for two weeks and we love our seafood. This year some old friends got married and we took them to Cafe Pamlico to celebrate; our first visit. Cafe Pamlico is by far the nicest restaurant on Cape Hatteras. The place and service is classy, the views can't be beat and the menu is a delightful... More

I had called ahead to reserve a table and let them know that I was going to propose the evening I had dinner there. They were so accommodating. I ordered the red snapper and my fiancé ordered the scallops and both were amazing. You could tell by the taste that everything was so fresh. By far, the best snapper I... More

Go. Eat. Immerse yourself in the glory of an unparelleled meal, fantastic customer service and unmatched ambiance. My husband and I were able to sneak away for a date night while on vacation. After reading some reviews online, I made a reservation for 6PM. I could not have picked a more perfect place. We sat outside which was incredibly serene.... More

My husband and I arrived for dinner one evening just before sunset and chose to sit outside. The view is beautiful. The food was amazing! So fresh and delicious. Love the vibe of this place. Our server was beyond nice and lovely, and offered to let us go down by the water to sit after dinner, even though we weren't... More

If you are looking for a gourmet, farm to table experience on Hatteras, then I highly recommend this restaurant. The servers are friendly and the food is top notch. We had caprese salad (served as an appetizer for the table). Our main courses were Tuna Wellington, and Crab Cakes. For dessert, our table shared tiramisu, red velvet cake, and key... More
