Went to the 6PM seating and everything was absolutely fabulous! This wasn't some turkey & stuffing buffet, but 5 magnificently prepared and presented courses. From the deviled eggs w/carrot puree through the pork tenderloin w/ roasted pumpkin and the duck with butternut squash, asparagus to the turkey and mashed potatoes, beans and gravy it was a delight. Finished with the... More

Family and I had thanksgiving reservations. We were sat away from the restaurant with a private party who seemed upset that we were encroaching on their holiday. The room was extraordinarily hot due to overcrowding. Not the best environment for my nephew who is 6 months old. Asked for extra sauce and dressing twice and received none. Tried to keep... More

This reviewer is from the same group as the review directly below. It is worth noting that the party with whom they shared the room returned for dinner the following evening. On learning of the review posted by the party with whom they shared our large party room, they posted the review directly above. They affirmed our staff's perception that... More

For$600 we expected hot food that wasn't dry, we expected a waiter to bring us utensils, and we expected a comfortable setting. It was cramped, noisy and the food was so dry it was inedible. Frankly we couldn't wait to leave. The apple cobbler had the most unusual spice that no one could eat it. Some times the wine pairing... More

Given the number of otherwise highly rated establishments this reviewer has rated as the worst ever, we feel at least in good company. The reviewer incorrectly reports a $600 expenditure for a $450 bill with wine, beer, and beverages for seven people. Their party was seated in a waterfront room with one other group, a party of 13. It is... More

Excellent meals, very relaxing, excellent and friendly service and atmosphere. Enjoyed our dinner and evening tremendously; a memory to cherish. The lamb, filet mignon, tuna, shrimp dishes were all very delicious. Thank you!!

Probably the nicest restaurant I've been to on Hatteras Island. Great food, great service, beautiful view. Scott did a bang up job for our wedding weekend, just one week following Hurricane Mathew. We cannot thank them enough.

Loved our time at The Inn on Pamlico. Breakfast each morning was great. The real star of this place is Melinda (though all of the staff was exceptional). Highly recommended!

When we made our reservation to stay at the Inn on Pamlico Sound for our 10 year anniversary, we added a request to see if the Inn could also make a dinner reservation for us on the night of our anniversary. They were able to accommodate us at our requested time, and this was confirmed when we called before our... More

We ate at Cafe Pamlico during our most recent stay. The consistent quality of the food and service is amazing. The good rivals any big city five star restaurant for creativity, quality and taste. The service is 10 times better because of the small size and local nature of the restaurant. Definitely one of the best dining options on the... More

Cafe Pamlico is a hidden jewel that is part of the Inn on Pamlico Sound. Both breakfast and dinner have thoughtfully prepared dishes from locally sourced food (some of which is grown on the property). Best restaurant in the area hands down.
