In a strip center behind Target is a very good family Italian restaurant. Nice menu with large assortment. The bread and the olive oil dip was delicious. The spaghetti carbonara was yummy. We added a grilled chicken breast. Fresh and cold house salads with house-made...dressings. Lemoncello Marscapone and cannoli deserts were delicious. Eat here!More
This pizza restaurant is in a strip mall. My first thought was " hmmm, I hope this is good." There is no one to greet you, you seat yourself. It is a rather poorly lit place.
Service is average. The pizza menu had a lot...from which to choose. Pizza arrived, thin crust, very thin, and very, very little tomato sauce.
It was ok, not great.More
It's been quite a few years since we've eaten at Little Italy, but we've heard others speak favorably, so we went again. The physical aspects are average at best. (They do a BIG take-out business.) However, we were seated at a comfortable table, and I...enjoyed chicken marsala, and my wife had lasagna. Both were very good.More
We've always loved Little Italy, but today I was quite disappointed. It was my friend's 1st visit so luckily the entrees were good. We had to ask for the bread and it wasn't as good, not quite done enough & very thick. When we asked...for more bread later the waitress wasn't happy. The salad is now simply lettuce, a few pieces of red onion, and a few chunks of cucumber. She got the fettuccine primavera & says it was excellent. I got the fettuccine with grilled chicken and shrimp & it was OK. The pasta & sauce were great but there were only 2 shrimp and the chicken wasn't grilled & it looked like the thin little pieces you pull off the edges of chicken breasts, no pieces bigger than my pinkie finger, most pencil sized. The entrees are smaller as well, and it was the first time I was able to eat it all. I'd ordered my husband a fettuccine with chicken and he was shocked at the size of the chicken too. My friend ordered her husband a pizza & it looked great but when he went to eat it they discovered it was just a few areas of the crust that were burnt but the entire bottom! I'm very sad as we have loved this place and taken many friends there. Every time our daughter visits from Ohio she wants to go there. Are the excellent entrees worth the lackadaisical service, the bare bones salad, the doughy bread, and the smaller portions? Maybe?! But if you get a pizza make sure it's not burnt!More
