This is quite possibly the best seafood to be found within an hour drive of my home. The Cajun catfish is the absolute best! The staff is friendly and who can resist getting an ice cream cone on the way out. The restaurant was flooded...More
Hurricane Flo flooded out Holland's, so it will be closed for quite awhile. They *are* planning to rebuild, and it will be even better I am sure! This is a family business that has been a beloved Pender County staple for many years- we are...More
Overall a pleasant lunch. Most plates are fried but you can get grilled. Plates are $13 for small and $14.75 for large - and the servings are generous. Sandwiches are around $8. Beautiful view from the back and the nice deck. There is also hand...More

Rustic resturant overlooking the water, serving up fresh fish and seafood. The Cajun catfish is light, flavorful and plentiful. The seafood platters are huge- and nothing is overcooked. I've had the shrimp, scallops, oysters, deviled crab...and, of course, the catfish. Great stop on the way...More
Great family owned restaurant. Never had a bad meal in over 20 years. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Get a back table so you can see the river. The shrimp and fish with bowl of clam chowder is fantastic.

We had the small combination of shrimp and oysters. It was cooked absolutely perfect. I don’t like my oysters over cooked. They were large, very moist and perfectly flavored with very light breading. The shrimp were also lightly breaded. I was amazed at the generous...More
