We stayed at the hotel so obviously very convenient. We dined here for dinner and next day breakfast. We had reservations for both and had the same table, which we appreciated. For dinner I ordered the trout, duh! Figured it doesn't get fresher! Sadly, it was doused in oil and lost all flavor. My husband had the steak special that... More

After the train excursion and walking downtown we came across this restaurant in an old hotel on Everett Street. Very nice atmosphere. Very good service. Unique menu with very interesting dishes. Somewhat expensive. Wife and I shared a meal, they charge $6.00 to split a plate, but both plates were full of food and more than enough for us.

Every year we stop in Bryson City while on vacation, and every year we eat at The Cork & Bean. The food never disappoints. Great selection of wine and beers. Great service and tasty dishes.

While we were in Bryson City, NC we ate dinner at The Cork and Bean Bistro. Our meal was exceptional. We were glad they took reservations because the place was crowded for a Tuesday. We are glad we found them on the internet.

Enjoyed our anniversary dinner there while traveling through town. Delicious food! Rustic inside and very friendly waitresses.

What a great experience! The ambiance here is so relaxing and wonderful, you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Sidenote: the state has rated this place with a 100% for cleanliness. A+++. I have yet to see this score anywhere. The Bistro is inside the old Hotel Everett and is charming! It is truly worth a stop... More

Bryson City is a small, quiet town, so we didn't expect to find any significant eateries there, but The Cork & Bean proved us wrong. Housed in an old historical building on one of the main corners in town, the restaurant serves up an impressive list of excellent dishes. If you're looking for an excellent meal in Bryson City, this... More

We've been vacationing to Bryson City for the past 4 years and every year we eat at The Cork & Bean, sometimes more than once. The Cork and & Bean is a beautiful quaint restaurant and bar with good service and unique and interesting dishes. We've had everything from soup, sandwiches, steaks, crepes, burritos and burgers. Girls trip to the mountains and was recommended by local try this restaurant. It was very good. I would give 5 stars but felt it was a bit pricey overall. . Went there for dinner and would have enjoyed trying their brunch but did not have time to go back. Menu is good and was told that chef changes it... More

My wife and I, along with a friend, had dinner the other night. I had trout, JB had the vegetarian Buddha Boll and my bride had the crab cake. Every thing was good. Beer and wine selection was good too.
