Brunch on the weekend is a MUST DO. RSVP for evening or stop in for lunch. The food has been recognized in magazines including Southern Living. Simply delicious! The lattes and coffee are worth the stop too! Yum Yum Yum. Fine for kids, relaxed or fancy dress ok. Bar available, two different dining areas. Groups can be accomidated (I'd RSVP,... More

We started out just trying to find any place open around Thanksgiving, not knowing anything about this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at the menu choices that consisted of organic items! Menu items change daily or weekly depending on what is available locally or in season. Atmosphere is very nice, staff are very nice also! Some organic wines etc also.

This is a great restaurant in a town with not too many places to eat. Right in the heart of the town, organic, fresh, imaginative food. We ate here for both breakfast and lunch. Had the special chili with bison OMG so good. Great chef. Absolutely great wait staff, thank you Amethyst and Alex!

We went for dinner on Wed. and the food was fantastic...... filet mignon wrapped in bacon, lump crab cake, chili, it was all good. We asked if they would be open for Thanksgiving and they were and had reservations open. The holiday meal was beyond words.... turkey, ham, potatoes, pecan muffins, appetizer plate and desserts that were magical!! This is a... More

Went there the night before Thanksgiving, busy night but we didn´t notice. Service was friendly and humoristic. A thouroughly enjoyable dinner experience. Food was good and not too big portions which was appreciated since we were travelling. The town looked amazing with christmas lights everywhere. As a huge fan of Cerme Brulé theirs was one of the best.

The food was pretty good, the wait staff was friendly. My only wish is they had more on their menu. Other than that I would go again.

If you're looking for a place with plenty of charm and excellent food outside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you need go no further than the Cork and Bean Bistro in the old Everett Hotel in downtown Bryson City. My wife enjoyed her eggs Benedict almost as much as I savored a generous chicken pesto crepe. If Oh yeah,... More

Enjoyed several cocktails here last night. Bartender was very accommodating.I ordered a drink he wasn't familiar with , but after telling him how to make it , he was able to duplicate it. We were able to take our cocktails to the roof top area and enjoy sitting by the fire pit. Would go again if I was in Bryson... More

If you leave here hungry, not their fault. Was not busy but the crepe was just a smidgen undercooked. Filling great but overall ok. Spinach side questionable, some subsequent stomach issue. Rest of the family were very satisfied. Bisque was quite good but bland & easily cured w/touch of tabasco. Too full for desert.
