Stopped for dinner - wanted to watch the river from the car as we ate. Order via mike from your car at the old fashioned menu stations in the lot - covered for some shade and rain protection. FUN My Bacon cheeseburger was HUGE with 5 slices of bacon for less than $3. Fried were good, ambiance one of a... More

Family used to stop here on our way to Murphy before the interstate was built and you had to go through Bryson City. Hadn't been in probably 30 years but it brought back great memories!

Stopped again, like we always do when we come up from Florida. I highly recommend for great food and amazingly low prices. Usually get the cheeseburger with everything (yes it includes Cole slaw ), but decided to try something else and got the BLT, wasn't disappointed. The only thing I couldn't get was their peanut butter shake, but got a... More

I thought the call boards were just for looks when I saw the prices, buy they were accurate and CHEAP! We ate hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, drinks and topped our meal off with a nut sundae that was to die all for under $12.00! (Me and my husband). They have a wide variety of food from burgers, fried chicken, ice cream.... More

All prices reasonable. Cheeseburger good..onion rings too..Barbecue fair at best. Clean but could really use some sprucing up. Authentic old does not always equate to good sorry to say.

Stopped by on a hot summer's day - and the food didn't disappoint! We were here as a family, so lots of yummy items were ordered - cheese fries, onion rings, chipped ham and cheese sandwich, hotdogs all the way, and corndogs. Portions were great for the price - all four adults ate for $14 (but didn't get drinks.) We... More

This is a little trip back in time! You can drive your car to an outside speaker stand with a tray and menu to order from your car while watching the Tuckaseegee River meandering by over the rocks or you can go inside and sit at tables or even at a 1960 style counter! Everyone who visits me here in... More

After a long day exploring The Smoky Mountains we stopped in for a chocolate shake, apple pie and hot fudge sundae. Everything was really good. It's like stepping back in time with the old fashion drive in look. They brought our food out to us and the lady was very nice. We have stopped here before so we knew it... More

Old fashioned drive-in fast food joint. Order and eat in your car, eat in the larger "dining" room (order food at counter and pick up yourself) or eat on other side at 1 of 4 tables with waitress service. Hotdogs,hamburgers,fries,milkshakes...all yummy. Lots of locals, family owned...loved the vibe. Also popular with people picking up take out. If you want fine... More

If you are a food snob, a health food fanatic, or on a restricted diet, let me save you a lot of time - don't stop here. But if you're a fan of real fast food - the kind unashamedly fried in grease and cooked to taste really, really good - then you owe it to yourself to stop here.... More
