The service was fast, but food did not have much flavor. I had steak and I could tell it was a cheap cut.

First off if you asked Locals about eating here... you would be warned to not do so. I have been here and I will not go back or suggest anyone eat here, unless 1) New management who understand CLEAN. and 2) well see #1. The floors were dirty and the tables had an odd like rotten odor to them. I... More

We've been going to Fuji Yama for several years and we enjoy it a lot. The hibachi steak is a big favorite and they are always nice about substituting onions or broccoli instead of mushrooms. The portions are generous and the food is good. The carrots that come with the meal are excellent! I have been told that there is... More

Decidedly not Japanese food, but pretty tasty for all that. To me all the meals taste and look about the same, with some variety in the meat content. Don't look for high quality cuisine, but for a low price and plenty of decent tasting food, Fuji Yama is fine.

Every time I go here I get the Salmon (on the menu just called, 'Fish'- $6.99) and the plate comes loaded with the Salmon and carrots and I leave off the rice and sub the mushrooms or zucchini and onions and the plate is literally filled so that each time I go home with 1/2 my meal! It's always been... More

I've eaten here twice and both times I've been sick afterwards. I don't personally care for the food and the restaurant just doesn't seem clean.

The food might be ok (for what it is, American style Japanese) but don't bother trying to call an order in. I'd rather deal with someone who speaks little to no English than some rude American hick with no customer service skills whatsoever.

real people, making real food and having a real good time. I usually get a mixed fried rice and i sit near the kitchen so that I can enjoy talking to the staff.

I would never recommend anyone to come here. Extremely poor service with the food to match. The food is cheap. It'll send you running to the bathroom. Not a fan.

If you are expecting Asian food, it is close and if you don't know much about Asian food you will likely be happy. Very American style Asian. Alittle pricey for what you get.
