This place had wonderful organic foods, meats, even plants. They had numerous kinds of ground nut butters and coffees. They had many interesting sauces and cheeses as well as beer and wine. Although we didn't buy any, we saw them making great looking deli sandwiches....If it had been time for lunch, we'd have definitely bought some of them. Worth a trip!More

Excellent selection of all organic, locally grown, and preservative free food. The meat department is small but outstanding. Many choices of self care products. The cafe is very good with a large variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Will be my main store for groceries

Food Matters is the best to grab lunch or a snack. It is a grocery store but has a food section where you can get amazing sandwiches and many other types of food. I love that it is a local business and you can get...your fresh food super quickly. I loved coming here multiple times this summer!More

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat and their food was so blah. The hubs got a chicken rice bowl which was oremade and heated in a microwave, not what you'd expect from a natural food store. Good selection of health food, but...not the best of everything by any means. C- at bestMore

With cafe attached. Cafe was very nice. Store itself has lots of offerings. It is basically a plus sized health foods store with usual healthy alternatives.

We stopped here on the way back from PARI.edu and found it a delightful place to shop. We bought catfish, steaks and salads. Everything was excellent. Prices seemed very fair and we will stop again when we are nearby. Worth the stop. Cheers!!

Nice store with a large variety of fresh vegetables, meats, etc. You can purchase salads, soups, sandwiches, desserts already made or sandwiches made to order. There is outdoor seating. Shelves are stocked with organic and specialty food items. Friendly employees and parking is convenient.

If you can't find it in your local supermarket, you'll find it here. It's akin to a Whole Foods with a variety of organically grown vegetables, gluten free items, etc that are far more expensive than a local market. I started making my own sushi...and found all the ingredients here. They also sell meat and prepared food as well. It's clean, well stocked, and run by a group of friendly and helpful people. It's a tad expensive but worth the price. I would not do my weekly food shopping here, but it's a great adjunct when you can find something.More

Fresh ingredients, made from scratch soup, and quick service were just what we were looking for. The menu board was complete with a wide selection of sandwiches and salads. Seating was available both inside and on a stone terrace. The Cafe is a part of a...boutique market.More
