Beautiful gardens and outstanding breakfast! We could have eaten there forever...the room was strange though. The air wasn't turned on and it was in the 90s. None of the furniture really matched-one of the beds was hard to get into as it was so high up. No air in the bathroom either. The blinds didn't all close including the one... More

Expensive --NO plate presentation. Family style pass the veggies--which was mashed potatoes, corn and limas ... really. On my plate was the meat and a knife !!! $29.99 for prime rib. Salmon over cooked and they even ASKED how we wanted it. I won't go back !!

Nice clean rooms. Convenient to downtown. We loved our stay. They also have great coupons in their welcome packet.

My friend and I stayed there because of the location to my cousin. Can't say that there is any reason I'd ever go back. Too expensive for what we got. There's a dif between antiques and some old crap from a basement. Not elegant. Closer to the Bates house. The owner had already charged the FULL AMOUNT of the stay... More

The breakfast was delicious. Just go here for the breakfast; don't spend a sleepless night! The noisy rooms make sleeping impossible-even with ear plugs!

My friend and I spent Christmas in the mountains and wanted a home cooked meal without the work. We ended up going to the Inn for Christmas dinner. They served everything family style--brought us our own platter of turkey, bowl of stuffing, potatoes and cranberry sauce. We had a room all to ourselves and the owner and family were in... More

The stay was great. We loved the house and the history of it. The staff was excellent to us and the breakfast was the best in town. I will be returning there the next time we visit. It's a rare gem!!!
