We stopped here on the way out of town. They let you sample most of the bread- a very generous offer. We tried 4 types and everyone was good. We have good bakeries at home and many of the breads were very close to what we can get at home. They have artisan breads, delicious looking cakes, croissants, cookies and... More

The butcher shop in West Jefferson suggested we try Stick Boy Bakery! The yum! The cowboy coffee was robust and flavorful! Awesome chocolate bottom peanut butter pie and cheesecake too! All service with a smile😊

Overall, great service and clean establishment. Their sticky buns are worth the indulgence. Definitely plan to visit there again.

We stopped for breakfast, the bagels were fresh, the pastries wonderful. The cream cheese and eggs were all very good. The service was good, and everyone was friendly. Our dog sat outside and enjoyed water and 1/2 a bagel. Great for breakfast, we will go again.

The scones are like none we've had elsewhere - melt in your mouth! Breads are so fresh, some with unique but delicious ingredient combinations. Their coffee (sold by cup, beans, or ground) is exceptional and brewed locally, and we usually pick out a new handcrafted mug while we're there. Not to be overlooked is the superior service -- staff members... More

Two locations--the one across from Appalachian State is largely a take-out bakery with excellent fresh breads, rolls, coffee--French batards, round loafs, and cakes. The best place for fresh bread in Boone. The lunch place is in Boone Heights on Highway 321, past Burger King on the left. A good place for home-made sandwiches, a variety of coffees, serve yourself chips... More
