My wife and I love Vidalias. Street parking is sometime a problem. Food is excellent. Menu is limited and has a solid wine selection. Love the fish tacos at lunch and great salads/soups.

Food is great. The place is also very nice. I recommend the tuna entre or the burger. Skip dessert, it was nothing special.

This restaurant was a great choice for lunch. It was recommended by the B & B Innkeepers where we were staying. We had a friend meeting us who is a strict vegetarian and this place offered many choices. All the food we had was delicious and perfectly prepared. The homemade potato chips are heavenly ! The squash soup was fantastic... More

After reading the reviews I didn't think it lived up to the great reviews. Also it was the middle of the afternoon and only the bar was open. We had a hamburger which was quite good. We substituted onion rings for fries for an upcharge of $3.50 and received 4 onion rings-only 4! They were not that good to pay... More

This was probably the best meal during a 10 day trip down the Blue Ridge Mountains from DC to Asheville. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. And the martini was at least double the usual size and well made. The service was friendly, forthright and quick. I would highly recommend.

This was our third time visiting Vidalia for dinner and it has proven to be one of our all-time favorite restaurants. The menu is creative and the food perfectly prepared and presented. The wait staff is attentive, courteous and efficient. Good drinks and wine list. My pet peeve is when a server addresses my wife and I as "guys". My... More

So glad they have expanded, added more tables. We still made reservations, and it was crowded by the time we left. The food is always delicious.. I had the Vidalia salad and the chicken n' dumplings which were a little different than your normal dumplings, but delicious. My husband had the chicken n' waffles which he said were also very... We ate brunch here for my mom's 60th birthday as a party of 8. Our server was very capable and got every single order correct, which I find to be a rare occurrence! The food was enjoyed by all, everything from sweet potato waffles to shrimp and grits to a mountainous stack of fried chicken, gravy, eggs, and a biscuit.... More
