Our friends who have a mountain house near by had recommended this cafe to us and we were not disappointed. The food was great and the ambiance was very romantic. We were on our way to a golf tournament in Jefferson Landing and stopped for lunch. It was in the heat of the summer and we were relieved to find... More

This was the first time I've been to Blowing Rock, and so I went exploring on my own. I found this place, which has a sign on the Main St., but actually has a walkway to take you in back of the Main St. shops. It's a beautiful garden with lots of overhanging trees, and tables inside and outside. I... More

We enjoyed brunch two days in a row at the Village Café. Their menu allows for small appetites in addition to the regular size serving. Indoors we relaxed in the familiarity of an historical house. The next morning, we enjoyed eating on their large patio under the trees. Don't miss The Village Café in Blowing Rock, NC, and browse through... More

This is a hidden gem. Only a sidewalk and stairs down from Main Street, Blowing Rock but ask someone and go. Main dining area is a 150 year old house. We had breakfast and coffee was great as was the crab cakes Charleston.

We enjoyed meeting dear friends for a quick lunch! The wings were awesome! My cheeseburger was delicious! Sat outside and enjoyed excellent service.

We celebrated my birthday in early May and were able to sit outside. The service was great and loved the food options. it is still one of my favorite places to eat in Blowing Rock. Make reservations and go early as it does get crowded during warmer months. Take advantage of sitting outside in the garden area.

Have eaten here several times, breakfast/brunch in Blowing Rock would not be the same without it. Sitting out on the patio, under the trees, sipping most excellent coffee (even the decaf is special) and waiting on pancakes/waffles or just an omelette, I can't recommend this place too much. Note that this is a seasonal restaurant, by November it will be... More

Wonderful outdoor seating on the patio under the trees. Excellent service and amazing food. Lucky to get in on a Saturday with no reservation.

There is a reason for this restaurant's high ratings and popularity..its great. We had Sunday breakfast and my husband had this hash special that was soooo good. My eggs with goat cheese and spinach was also good. We liked it so much we went back for breakfast again a couple days later.
