This is a busy place on a Sunday morning, but by the time you get through the line to place your order, there is likely a table waiting for you. The only wait for us was the line to place our order. it is not long after your seated that your order is brought to you. If you come too... More

We were at Louise's on a Sunday morning- a line started to form around 9:30 for the 10:00 opening. Order at the counter and then find a table. Great country breakfast!

We didn't have much time in Black Mountain, but had read the reviews about Louise's Kitchen and were eager to give it a try. And we were hungry for breakfast! Breakfast was fairly standard fare, but it was prepared quickly and it was pretty tasty. It wasn't too busy the mid-week day we were there so ordering at the counter... More

Sit on the front porch. Airy, comfortable, cozy. SUPER food. How they run it (you go through a cafeteria type line) can be kind of confusing as to where everything is at.

A big slice of Americana. Had lunch there after reading reviews. We loved the whole experience. They make lunch sandwiches a really nice taste treat. So glad we went. No Wait! Yaaaa! Would go there twice a week if I lived there-easy. Good Job.

My husband and I discovered Louise's Kitchen when we were walking around the shopping district of Black Mountain, looking for a place to get breakfast. The location is an older Victorian-style house. Walk inside, and you'll find a counter where you place your order and fix up your own drinks. You then locate a table in one of two inside... More
