We stumbled upon Louise's Kitchen and so glad we did! You go up to the counter in the back and order and pay. Self serve for drinks, silverware. Find a seat either inside or out and then they bring your food. We have been there several times since, so I can't remember all the different meals we picked, but we... More

Great place! Eclectic and fun decor. Food was delicious. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was one of the best I've ever had. Good sized portions.

We had one morning in Black Mountain, so we needed to choose wisely for breakfast. Great decision! Staff and fellow customers are very friendly. We went with the french toast and veggie quesadillas and they were sizable plates and so delicious! Probably best enjoyed during the patio weather days, but overall you can't go wrong with this restaurant. Great place!

My friend, Debbie, and I looked for a restaurant on our way to Tennessee. We stopped here and had a great lunch! They offer a very varied menu for breakfast and fewer lunch choices that were very good. Debbie had a bagel with veggies and dressing on it and thought it was excellent. Some items I would not have expected on... More

Slipped in for breakfast this morning with a buddy and found this little place wonderful for context and food. REally enjoyed the staff and setting. Almost didn't report on it because it seems like a great locals place and didn't want to spoil it.

We ate breakfast at Louise's Kitchen on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The place was very busy and we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. Make sure to order your food when you arrive because you can't sit down until you have a ticket. Eat the grit cakes! They are awesome.

Every time I go I'm always stuck with the BigBoy burrito, doesn't matter what time I get there, its my favorite breakfast or lunch. Awesome friendly atmosphere, great people, always cozy and friendly.

Stopped in for a breakfast and enjoyed it. Ordered the big boy burrito. Was very good. Cool little vibe to the place. It's an old converted house thus very compartmentalized dinning rooms. You order at the front and sit where you like. Cool old soul music was playing... Enjoyed it.

This is righteous breakfast food! My partner had the French Toast and I had the Big Boy Burrito. Wow! That Burrito was dynamite! It was so flavorful, chock full of eggs, potatoes, sausage, diced peppers. I typically spice up a dish like this, no need this time. It was perfectly flavored, with the perfect size for a breakfast meal at... More
