Great homemade super buffet on Sunday

Lots of delicious food to choose from, pork chops, fried chicken, even fried squash. Good salad bar. Lines are a little long, but move through quickly. Great choice for the after church crowds.

I ordered bake potato with my meal. They brought me French fries. Had to ask them why I did not get my baked potato. The waitress was rude bluntly stating they ran out of potatoes. The waitress never returned after asking about the potato. I had to get up after 30 minutes and ask the people in the kitchen where... More

We are very pleased with this seafood restaurant. They have excellent seafood in my opinion and on Sundays they have a buffet with all kinds of home cooked food.

Many celebrations are shared here, as its a sure favorite! The buffet is great if you're into fried fish and good ole home cooking, Southern style! The atmosphere is basic and rustic, fish campy. The wait staff are friendly and very helpful and efficient. At dessert time they have several choices from which to pick which they wheel to your... More

Pros: great fried seafood, I can’t think of anywhere that can top them. They offer a salad bar, not the most extensive I’ve ever seen, but plenty of enough choices, most “fish camps” don’t offer one. For the most part service has been good, sometimes great, sometimes OK. Cons: On our last trip, my daughter got the broiled shrimp plate... More

Catfish Cove's Sunday Buffet is my current favorite place to eat. Sunday Lunch for 2 will set you back $20.00. That's hard to imagine. The food is just good old southern cooking - friend chicken, friend pork chops, fried squash, broccoli casserole, mac and cheese and THE BEST sweet potato casserole I've ever had. There is a nice salad bar... More

By far, this is the best place for crablegs in Charlotte! If you are not into crab, they have good fishcamp fish dishes. They need improvement on their salad bar, but I didn't go there for it. I have tried many other restaurants that offer crab, and they beat it by far. The only reAlly down fall is their seating... More

As a fish camp, this place is about average but the Sunday lunch buffet is really good. Look on their website for the menu schedule. Try to visit on the Sunday when they feature fried boneless pork chops. GO early because the church crowds start to fill this place up around 11:45. They do not accept credit cards and charge... This is a great place for a casual meal. Good food and friendly atmosphere. They have a nice salad bar. Can be crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. We have been there many times and always enjoy the food. Wait staff is always friendly and provides good service.

There is not a lot you can say about a fried fish joint- but the staff at this place goes out of their way to make sure you don't leave hungry. We've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience.
