This is a great place for seafood done very well. Bellhaven is a small town with several great restaurants and Georgie's is definitely one of them. If it swims or crawls in the ocean Georgie's has it on the menu. Steamed shrimp by the half pound for an appetizer and you are off! Grilled shrimp or grilled scallops were especially... More

Just had oysters on the half shell & broiled scallops with a side salad. Food was excellent, service was fast & the atmosphere is so small town friendly which is what we like. The staff & owners are what makes this restaurant what it is. They treat each customer as an individual and are there to attend to whatever needs... More

Just had my first oysters. They were wonderful! Medium steamed. Really fresh tasting. The service was great. Very nice young man shucked the oysters for us. The bar was beginning to fill up as we were leaving. Nice group of patrons. Enjoyed sitting at the bar. Will definitely go back.

When you walk in, you can tell right away this restaurant is popular with the locals. Be sure to seat yourself. The staff is friendly. The seafood is quite fresh, but I found it to be rather bland. When you are ready to pay, do not expect a bill to arrive. You go to the register, and they'll take care... More

Georgie's is a super fun place to go and always feels like a party! This is a real deal authentic oyster bar with a very large wrap around bar. The (cute) fellas shuck the oysters right in front of you which is a real treat! :) If oysters aren't in season.. there are lots of other great menu items to... More

I love going to Georgie's . They treat everyone like family. I will definitely go back. They also have a very nice red headed waiter 😀

As soon as you walk in you know tis is a spot that locals frequent. Steamed oysters seem to be the speciality. I'm a raw oyster guy, so these didn't quite do it for me. But my wife ordered the steamed peel and eat shrimp and they were great.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed the entire meal--from the cheese and cocktail sauce to the shrimp. Loved the atmosphere--very friendly!

Fresh fish, friendly, fast and funny. Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5pm. The gentleman server is better than a floor show. Lots of fried goodies but you can get your fish your way. Their own spicy dipping sauce is the best for fish or fries. Friendly to the wallet also. They have a bar and serve cold beer. Street parking not... More
