Drove 60 miles to go to the bar, and when we got there was told it was closed till the end of November. Nothing on TripAdvisor or others that it was closed. All indicated it was open.

Who wouldn’t love the view??? You don’t have to ski to come and enjoy this view! Take the ski lift for the ride of your life up to this mountain top destination. Off ski season the outdoor deck has beautiful weather and majestic views.
If you're looking for a bar, this place has a cool vibe. The food is Expensive! and not worth the price in taste. The pool is two dollars a game so pricey as well for a six foot table but when you're on the mountain...and just want to play, it's doable. Would return for pool but not the food. Very nice staff.More
The food was good and a great place to meet sfter the slopes. I liked the outdoor heating which added alot to this quaint pub.
Several friends and myself stopped at this location we were invited to a get to girls 21st birthday party. We walked in and got a drink and went and sat down. Maybe 5 minutes later the old lady serving walked to our table and said...they are closing the bar at midnight. I looked at my phone and said ok that's 40 mins away. Then she walked away and then came back to our table and told us we needed to leave. I said why? She then told me because guilt by association! Her exact words. Little back story.... owners daughter and 1 person in our party don't get along! (Nothing has been said between the two of them, no problems, she was with us and the other girl at a different table.) So back to it.. My friend said..."I am not going to leave because she is uncomfortable. I am not bothering her!" The old lady said "It doesn't matter you need to leave" I then asked again "Why? I have never even walked in this place and I am being kicked out because I know someone that a adult doesn't like?" To which I was told she wasn't in charge and the daughter said that we all had to leave. The daughter then video tapes all of us leaving! I have lived up here for over 14 years and that was the first and last time I will give you any of my money. RUDE! AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I will make sure everyone knows how you treat paying customers. My advice...tell your grown adult daughter to act her age and deal with people she doesn't like. We all have to do it.... it's called being mature! She should try it!!More
Went to pick up pizza to go. Asked if they could make a supreme with half the meat lovers and half the veggies. They said no because there isn’t enough toppings on either to half them. Pizza is a thin layer of cheese on a...1/8th inch cracker crust with 1/64th oz of total toppings. Food is total garbage, paid $97 for four pizzas. Was basically enough food for two people that are moderately hungry. Perfect for a competition where you win if you eat the most of your own pizzas.More
Cool place with fire pit outside and fireplace inside. Pool tables and cold beer. Family had spent several hours on the slopes and stopped in here for pizza. Pizza was mediocre at best. You order at the bar but then you are on your own....You get your own plates, utensils, etc. They bring pizza to your table but then that’s it. But because we were a party of six they charged 15% tip. Don’t get me wrong we are good tippers when service is provided but this was definitely sub par service. Other places in town with pizza which we will try. Doubt we go back to Mile High Tavern. As previously mentioned cool environment with lots of potential.More
Fun to ski in for drinks and food. Beautiful views and fun people. Micro beers and good food. Take your friends and enjoy.
LOTS of different kinds of microbrews. Food selection is good, but a little pricey. Food is better than bar food. So don't hesitate to have a meal there.
This place is a must go to if your in the area. It sits at the top of the mountain (or very close) and is in the ski lodge complex. Middle of day when we arrived not very busy but had a nice cold craft...beer and relaxed. Give it a try!More
