We had tried to go to Turner market for lunch and were rudely turned away. We have eaten at Clawson’s before and headed straight there. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, they made extra effort to accommodate my young kids, the wait staff was...attentive and friendly and the food was excellent. Everyone got clean plate awards in our family. We are very appreciative of their entire staff and how welcoming they are, throw in really good food and you get a 5 star experience. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!More

We enjoyed a late dinner at Clawson’s 1905. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. So glad we decided to try this restaurant.

A nice "touristy" type place that had a really good variety of dishes. We were a bit fished out at the end of our trip, so got burgers and they were very good. The crab dip was delicious, if a little sparse in the serving...size. But definitely worth it. The brownie sundae was also very rich and a great end to our meal. We didn't get them, but the fish and chips looked amazing. Definitely a nice place for a casual meal if you are in town.More

I had not been here a number of years probably 20 but it was exactly like I remembered right by the waterfront seafood is simply amazing you cannot go wrong we highly recommend

First off, the feeling of this place is awesome, comfy pub. It was so delicious we ate there twice. First night, crab cake salad for me, mac and cheese topped with fried shrimp for my husband. Second night, fried oysters for me, fried flounder for...my husband. The fry on the fish was perfection, not heavy or greasy. The oysters were the BEST I'VE EVER HAD. They melted in my mouth like butter. This place is a MUST.More

We had both at Clawson on Saturday. Didn't need reservations and it worked out perfectly. The food was good and they even have a couple of German beers. Very civilized of them to say the least.

I know that the food will always be delicious here. Anything you choose will be great. My most recent dish was the grilled pimiento cheese BLT and shrimp nachos special. Both fantastic! Shrimp and grits are a famous specialty too. Great prices and service.

We had some of the best food on our trip at Clawsons. We ate there twice during our week long stay. Fresh seafood and the steak was cooked perfectly, tender and had a nice smoky flavor. My shrimp and grits were so full of flavor....From Atlantic Beach it's about a 15 minute drive. Definitely recommend.More

I have not visited for years as it was just fair. It has vastly improved and we will have it back on our list of places to go.

Honestly, this was our backup plan. But, so happy it worked out that we ended up going here for an early dinner. Our food, especially my Fried Oysters were great. They weren't overly breaded, nor over-cooked. Just right! The baked beans and slaw were pretty...average, though. My Lemon Drop martini was perfect for the hot day, not to mention I was totally burned out on all the over-sugared, watered-down "tropical drinks" found at so many bars/restaurants down the coast. It was good to have something a little more simple. My husband was on the fence about his beer selection, of which I can't remember the name. Our server was very friendly and quick. Don't hesitate to go here.More

Our experience was great! Seated quickly, service was great! Manager came by to check on us. Drinks stayed full, but best of all… the food! We got the fried chicken sandwich which was delicious!! Kettle chips were delicious as well. Very impressed.

The Southern fried chicken salad was good as was my partner's Barbecue plate. I love Clawsons and should probably give them a 5 star rating, but I just don't feel like it today. I didn't sleep well last night and my partner has been hard...to get along with all day.More
