Driving home from OBX. We passed by Currituck BBQ Co. and decided to have a quick bite here. It was by far, the best BBQ we have had in days. We were greeted by a super friendly woman, Terry, with a great NC accent who made us feel right out home. Great fuel food for the road and right next... More

We had a company dinner catered by Currituck BBQ. So we decided to visit and surprised at how small the restaurant is. But it didn't disappoint, with fast service and some great food!

Stopped on a whim for a quick snack and was blown away! The "burnt ends" beef brisket were incredible. They didn't need any sauce. They were perfection! Hush puppies are a bit on the sweet side for me, but that's just a personal preference. The okra was perfectly cooked too.

My wife and oldest son split a rack of ribs which were fantastic and I got the burnt ends which were unreal. Highly recommend if you like BBQ.

Great place to eat on the way to or from the OBX! Owner takes pride in his food and his community. They are remodeling which will double the floor space inside, and are in the process of storing a local historic building that they HAD MOVED to save it from demolition. If you leave there hungry its your fault! Try... More

We literally stumbled into this place. I was trying to find Cindy's Kitchen, a bakery that's part of Ken's gas station, and had passed it on the highway, so turned into the large dirt parking lot of Currituck BBQ. Well, it WAS lunch time, and there were plenty of vehicles in the parking lot, always a good sign, so......in we... More

it seems a bit pricey to me. I can get as good (although not cooked on sight) at another Currituck location; and it is 1/2 price on Wednesday's including your sweet tea. If you're local, you know the place.
