Biggest complaint is the model of service. Why are you served food by 15 year old busboys? The server should serve you. I was nearly hit in the head w my plate as a kid was throwing down our food like he was too busy...and untrained to serve food. Second complaint. We don’t need lessons from the chef on how to order our fish. They should put on the menu that they serve their fish raw. It was a turn off. Food was ok. I’ll give it a 3. Service gets a 2.More

We've been twice. Once last summer where we had a great meal and cocktails. This time around, in June of 2021, it was very different The service and cocktails at the bar were fantastic and worth going back for, but the food was a miss...at every turn. We ordered the rib eye and the miso fish special. The "rib eye" that was served was a NY Strip which was way underdone for our preferred cooking temp requested (md rare). I couldn't believe they served an entirely different cut of steak! That alone was really unimaginable. The fish, gosh, it was rock hard. So overdone. Servied with rice which my boyfriend stated "tasted like water", had absolutely zero flavor. Fries were good though. The bartender clearly recognized we were having a poor experience and sent out a complimentary dessert which was very thoughtful. Would go back just to have a drink with her.More

Beautiful restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining. Great food choices and drink selections. Even in the rain it was cozy and memorable.

Unfortunately our meal was ruined by the awful service from start to finish. When we arrived, it took them almost 30 minutes to seat us. Once we were sat, it took the waitress almost 15 minutes to come to our table. Our appetizers came out...in 2 minutes, wine followed 15 minutes later and then we had to wait almost 1 hour for our mains. Also anytime we needed anything (i.e. water, etc.) we had to wave someone down. Too bad the bad service ruined our mealMore

Service was rushed and unfriendly. There was no salad or soup with the meal. Meal was very good. Coffee served was ice cold. Second serving was terrible bitter and harsh. Ambiance did not add to an authentic Italian Restaurant mainly staff wearing western gear, plaid...shirts and blue jeans, really? I must say food was not bad. Unimpressed no need to return.More

So thankful to have an amazing, authentic Italian restaurant close by. The service is always impeccable ..ie tonight I ordered for pick up but was so damn tired couldn’t make the run and they delivered it to me! That’s service❤️

Great meal at Cucina! Quick trip from Brooklyn to get out of town for a weekend in Woodstock NY. Reserved at Cucina and it was a wonderful dining experience. Tables were well spaced and comfortable. Food was delicious especially the Caesar salad and the chicken...parmigiana. Very large portion that you can easily share. My friend had the vegetarian ravioli with mushrooms also delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant very attentive and efficient staff. It’s hard during these covid times and they made it a ‘normal’ dining experience almost forgot the outside world for an hour! Almost forgot this signature cocktail was amazing!More
