The lechon, pancit, bangus soup, crispy pork belly, and halo-halo are personal favorites. Atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I've been here many times with family, and we always love the food and total experience.

A much cleaner, more comfortable sit down type of Filipino restaurant as compared to the ones further east on Roosevelt Ave. The service is nice, the food is well prepared and tasty, and overall a nicer atmosphere.

It's a nice restaurant, a step above some of the other places to the east on Roosevelt. Nicer more elegant dining area and atmosphere. Good service and better quality food. But it is more expensive than the other little Manila places. But worth it.

One of my favorite Filipino or Philippine restaurant in New York City. From Manhattan, it's not that far if you take the subways You can take the N or the Q to Queensboro Plaza and change to #7 for about 5 stops to 61st St Woodside. The cuisine is authentic. They also offer Philippine delicacies to eat there or take... More

We were disappointed with Engeline's. We were looking for a good Filipino restaurant. Upon entry there is a sign stating Cash Only. Then, it takes forever for a waiter to come to the table and fails to check with you while eating. The food is greasy. The atmosphere is better than most of the restaurants along Roosevelt. It has plenty... More

I should rate this restaurant as 3-1/2, as above-average. We just came into Woodside from Long Islands using the LIRRm on a very cold day. We came in to take some snacks, like some hot soup. After browsing through the menu, our light snacks ended up as dinner. I enjoyed the chicken mami, while my business partner took the pandit... More

This is perhaps my favorite Filipino restaurant in Queens. Located further down Roosevelt Avenue, this restaurant offers clean family friendly cuisine. My favorites are the barbeque chicken sticks, beef kaldereta and crispy pata. Try this place first if you have never eaten Filipino food before. The only downside, no Filipino Mango shakes or smoothies are served here
