My hubby and I visit with friends in the Woodgate area every January..our trip has many highlights, one of the best being our final morning return “send off” breakfast at “Seasons”. We look forward to their “Four Seasons” Special: 3 eggs, potatoes (hash browns or...home fries), choice of a meat (bacon, ham or sausage), and two pancakes, along with piping hot, fresh country bread....all cooked perfectly and hot off the griddle!! And.. all at a very reasonable price. The coffee is warm and refilled generously by the friendly wait staff. Today, a member of our group chose to have a “BLT” with extra mayonnaise.. it was large, fresh, and well seasoned with a very generous serving of creamy cole slaw. The fire place was on, contributing to the warm, homey atmosphere for patrons, including snowmobilers fresh off the trails. We’re certainly looking forward to our next sojourn, when we’re going to start the trip off with Friday “Prime Ribs”, as a new tradition and prelude to a return to the Seasons breakfast table!!More

My wife and I went to Seasons for breakfast during a recent snowmobile outing. The food was excellent, and plenty of it. We will go back next time, and we would highly recommend.

Not enough good things can be said about this local diner that serves breakfast and lunch. They also serve dinner on Friday evenings. All the food, yes all, is delicious and the servings are more than generous. Owned by a young couple, they strive to...provide quick reliable service—/and they do!!! I’ve never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend this place, which by the way is located on the snowmobile trail.More

I stopped in for breakfast on the way into the Adirondacks last weekend....I don't even remember there being a town called Woodgate! But the restaurant was wonderful for a small, local diner. The service was friendly, and the counter was filled with local hunters who...all knew where to get a good big breakfast. My omelet was the biggest I'd ever seen! HUGE!!! I couldn't finish more than half of it. (And very good as well.) I would definitely stop back in any time I'm passing by.More

We have driven by many times on our way north, this particular morning we were camping locally. We decided to go grab some breakfast and are glad we did. The food was wonderful, from the omelette to pancakes to Adk homefries!! Very cute diner with...great service. We ate like kings and the bill was very reasonable. We are definitely stopping again and maybe try some lunch. The menu had a lot to offer and can't wait till next time.More
