Small intimate place best for two or four, but we've seen as many as eight in a party on occasion. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Excellent knowledgeable servers, Somewhat limited menu in size, but oh so good. Duck confit appetizer, goat cheese and walnut salad among the best starters for us. Other than lasagna, their house specialty, the entrees and deserts are... More

Had very nice meals. 4 couples . Everybody happy. A few unusual dishes. Very good. Server (Andrea) was excellent. Prices were a little high.

Four of us had dinner here last week while in Buffalo. While not much to look at from the outside, the restaurant was warm and inviting inside. Service was very good, and our server was very helpful with portion sizes and recommendations. The food was fresh, delicious and not just typical Italian fare. We loved the octopus, pasta, the shrimp... More

This is an intimate restaurant that is truly undiscovered. Food is excellent, more on the comfort food style then the exotic . That is great as they know what and who they are, service was exceptional, friendly, and attentive as well as knowledgeable. Pricing was in line with any other dining experience of that quality. A wonderful experience.

My wife and I went out to a movie and dinner last night. The movie was "Joy" and was was terrible. We couldn't believe Jennifer Lawrence got a Golden Globe for that. The dinner at Amaretto...was fantastic. It is a small local place that serves unbelievable food. The atmosphere was great and the staff were perfect. The portions were just... More

Amaretto Bistro recently dropped "Italian" from their name, and now offer a mix of cuisines as well as traditional Italian. We went there on Saturday night after a movie, and had a wonderful dinner. We shared a mixed green salad, then had our main courses: Traditional Bolognese with pappardelle for my girl friend, and a completely non-italian, very rare, sesame crusted... More

I have eaten here several times and always had a good meal. The unassuming facade should not deter you from trying this small, locally owned bistro. Each dish is prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients and the entrees change frequently enough to keep things interesting. Service is always attentive and professional. If this little place was n New York City, the... More

I have to say that i used a Groupon for this restaurant so the price was down and i was still not happy with it. The food was just okay and the place needs a remodel badly. Meh

Nothing to look at from the outside but the focus is clearly on food. We've been here a dozen times and I've been hesitant to write this review in fear the table availabilty wont be there for long. Each dining experience here has been over-the-top delicious. Make sure you try the desserts too.

Don't let the location in a small plaza on busy highway fool you - this is an excellent restaurant. We have been dining here about once a month for the past four years and have NEVER had a bad experience. If you're not very hungry, try a few appetizers (scallops are out favorite) and add risotto. A good selection of... More
