From the moment we walked in the owner greeted us and assigned our table. The service was amazing, extremely attentive. Highly recommend the stuffed peppers and the beet salad. Restaurant was crowded and a little loud but expected. By the time the main course arrived...More
Went to dinner for high 5 Tuesday. Dinner was awesome!! Will be back soon. Staff is wonderful, they treat you like royalty. And the boss is always there making sure everything is perfect. The food was cooked to perfection.
This is a “fancy steak house” but casual enough to wear jeans and a hat; formal enough for graduation / prom / wedding but perfect for bachelor parties and watching the game; they jam live music videos in the bar and have a more formal...More

Thank you for taking the time to pass along your concerns. This policy was instituted at our restaurant for the exact reason mentioned by many of the people who have responded to this comment. We understand people's plans change and for this reason we will let anyone cancel or change their reservation without any fees, right up until the actual time of the reservation. What brought about this policy change was the customer who is either inconsiderate or unseasoned in fine dining. We cant change the inconsiderate people so we protect ourselves by charging a no show fee- but the unfamiliar diner, well maybe we can help educate them better how things work. When someone calls and makes a reservation it triggers a whole chain of events- from scheduling to dining room layout to server table assignments, to telling other people whether or not we can not accommodate them. It is not meant to offend anyone, but rather to simply hold people accountable. The other option is to do what the airlines and some large hotels do- and overbook to account for no shows and stand the chance to inconvenience the customers. Like one reviewer wrote- If you plan on showing up-it is a non issue, if you are a maybe- just remember to call and cancel, and no harm no foul.
We hope you understand our position we are running a business that is successful based on how many dinners that are served, not by how many people said they were coming.
