Great appetizers! So-so softito salads.

On extended business for nearly 7 months in the area, I frequented Sofrito on a number of locations. The waitresses are very friendly and the appetizers are really delicious. Don't miss out on the plantain- wrapped in bacon it is exceptional as is the lobster taco. In fairness, have food... read more

As a place to sit down and eat, I love the food but the music is ridiculously loud during dinner time. We'll definitely return for lunch when the restaurant seems quieter. There's a salsa club downstairs that's a lot of fun on Saturday nights, however drinks are pretty expensive. If you're looking to dance, I'd recommend dropping by after you've... More

I am a regular at Sofritos and I normally go there at least 3 times a week. I have never had a problem until last week. They over charged my card and a mistake that I was told was made on their part and apologized profusely to me. I was told that if I had any issues with my account... More

Great Puerto Rican Food !! The service was right on and the food was prepared beautifully. There is a hopping bar and cool art deco atmosphere. Have been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great Latin tapas and excellent Mojitos! We've been here before and it's consistently good. Great music on the weekends and lots of fun to go in a big group. We only tried the tapas but hear that their paella is good too. We'll have to try it on our next trip.

My favorite dish is the salmon with asparagus rice. Also, I like the mojitos. The portions are great, especially if you are very hungry. I tried to think outside the box on my most recent visit and tried a different dish for which I cannot recall the Puerto Rican name. It was mashed plaintains and shrimp with garlic sauce. The... Decided to stop off for dinner on the way home from VA and came across Sofrito. My Spidey senses said don't eat here with the family, it seemed like more of a couples or night-on-the-town place, but the kids wanted a special treat, so we stayed. Interior was very cool, music was lively but not overbearing. Waitress came quickly and... More

This was my first time here. It is an attractive place with some very good food. We arrived during happy hour and the music was super loud . It doesn't make it easy to have a conversation. This is a great place for a young crowd. I prefer the music to be a little more subdued. The food makes up... More
