I've been to this restaurant twice. Both times were far from special. Enjoy the view from the bar but save your appetite and money for someplace else.
Beautiful skyline looking into NYC. Why did they close the bar I wonder. Bad decision. Made the place a lot more enjoyable.

The view is fine once it is dark, otherwise it is a lot of roof tops endnote much else. The wines I have had here are quite good, and the service is very pleasant and attentive.
I love the ambience and the gorgeous views but the delicious food and gracious and attentive staff combine to make this an extraordinary dining experience. my favorite is the duck dish but everything Chef Anthony makes is special and delectable.
