Super friendly staff at any time of day! The food is great - from the Thai Chili sauce on the fried Calamari (crunchy - not rubbery); great nachos; chicken "lollipops; and love, love the "pretzels" (HOT from the oven) with the mustard sauce. Great burgers and ribs! Great prices - and there is a bowl of water for doggies outside.... More

Haven't been here in awhile - why do I never remember to take pictures? - Emma's Ale House in White Plains. As I said, I got my four top, got my extra napkin, got my ice for my Bombay Gimlet and I was a happy camper. So they brought two stocky soft pretzel logs with a side of mustard to... More

We tried this place on a neighbor's recommendation. It's a small place in the middle of a residential neighborhood. There's a bar area and a dining area. The décor is very nice, the dog theme is awesome. Service was decent (except for some odd reason, the bus boys and waiters seemed to think it was okay to sit and/or loiter... More

We celebrated our End of the School Year as well as our Principal's Retirement. We had the bar area all to ourselves. We thought it would be too cramped, but the set up with some rectangular tables, as well as the bar and colleagues standing, made it doable to move around. The food served was very good and it kept... More

This is my second visit to Emma's and it was as I remembered. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and approached right away by our server. They seem to know all the regulars and I was lucky enough to be with some. The attention paid to the families with children was smart, and not found at many establishments. There... More

I have been here several times for lunch, bringing coworkers and clients. Everyone has loved the place both for its food and its atmosphere. Tonight, I finally took my wife. She is a very discerning (some might say, picky,) eater. She agreed with everyone else. The salads, and especially their dressing (light, but tasty) , are wonderful. The complementary pretzel... My first time here along with wife, our son and daughter in law and two young grandkids. When you are wth young kids fast and friendly service is crucial. We certainly got that at Emma's. This is both a tavern (with some good beers) and a restaurant where the cuisine is difficult to classify. Its a mix of pub food,... More

I used to love coming here, enough so that I would put up with the extremely rude behavior of the manager who happens to be the host. But enough is enough. He was so rude and hurtful to a group of us who tried to come this Sunday with our SLEEPING babies that we left, one of the ladies in... More

We first ate here when they opened. It was ok, but didn't live up to the hype. We decided a change of pace was in order tonight, so off we went to Emma's. We were seated immediately at 6:30. They were just about full. They placed 2 pretzels and mustard on the table gratis. My wife had a salad with... More

Went with a friend on a Saturday during brunch time which is expected to be busy. Pros: I like that we got sat down right away and the waiter came over with hot pretzels. Lots of options to choose from especially the drink menu. I ordered the French toast which were really good and a great portion. We didn't have... More
