Terrific Ale House

Friendly welcome and service, signature pretzel and mustard instead of bread. Huge choice of draft beer and ale. Great Bar / Pub menu. Reasonable prices.

Went with a friend on a Saturday during brunch time which is expected to be busy. Pros: I like that we got sat down right away and the waiter came over with hot pretzels. Lots of options to choose from especially the drink menu. I ordered the French toast which were really good and a great portion. We didn't have... More

You go for different things... - comfort food (chicken pot pie, burgers, fried chicken, brunch...) - a sip (under the White Plains average prices for beer, wine & cocktails) - get away from Mamaroneck Avenue (a mile away from downtown) Emma's succeeds on all counts. I've been several times now & they never disappoint. For anyone staying at a hotel... More

One way to tell a really good restaurant is that even when things don't come out well, they still do the right thing. Emma's is always my favorite White Plains pub. It was the day after Thanksgiving. They were busy as could be, barely a seat or table in the house. My usual fish n'chips was not its usual outstanding.... More

Loud, needs lot of soundproofing. Food is overpriced and undistinguished. Tried it a few times and won't go back.

This was our third time at Emma's, previously we went there for Brunch-they do not disappoint. This past Saturday night, we were glad we had a reservation, as this place was a full house and we did not have to wait at all. I can see why it is so popular, it offers something for everyone. One side is a... More

This local pub has great food, convivial atmosphere, large screen tvs with all sporting events, lively bar and friendly owners and bartenders. Highly recommend it for burgers, grilled meats and fish, wonderful salads, and nightly specials. Moderately priced. Offers pretzel buns with mustard and delicious home made chips to make you thirsty for extensive beer and mixed drinks menu.
