My husband and I frequent this Melting Pot and we always have great service, but Matt M was by far the best server we have ever had here. He made sure we had the best time and was personable, funny and kind.

My friend and I had the pleasure of having Rose as our server. Rose was very friendly, warm, and personable. She made the overall experience very enjoyable for us. She demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the entire duration of our visit (We chose the four...course experience so we were there for quite some time!). Rose went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. She was very professional and represented The Melting Pot well. We will definitely be requesting Rose as our server for our next visit! Thank you, Rose and thank you to the rest of The Melting Pot staff for always making The Melting Pot a 10/10 experience each time!!More

I attended the melting pot yesterday with my daughter we had a excellent server Shar. She was so kind and respectful. She even made my daughter a happy birthday plate. This was the best service I had in a long time. Thank you Shar!

Yes, but I prefer to say that you "get" to cook your proteins at the table, as the entree course is also fondue style. It is very easy and the server will give you instructions to ease your mind that you are doing it properly. It is a more leisurely way to dine and allows for great conversation and bonding with your dinner guests. Kids also love it because it is so interactive. I do understand that there are some out there that are a bit more "old school" and don't feel that going out to eat to only to cook your own food is for them, so we might not be for everybody. Please, feel free to call the restaurant for more details on the dining experience at The Melting Pot and we will happy to answer any questions that you may have. 914-993-6358. I hope that you do come in and dine.
