We were in the area for an event. Went in for dinner after seeing how many people were in the place I got a little nervous so I just sat at bar to eat. Glad I made that choice. Had app for two hot antipasto....Was absolutely nothing to talk about. Average at best. So we skipped main meal if apps are average don’t want to pay for a meal that is average. Was going to have coffee and dessert but nothing at all they explained was going to hit the spot. So we had 2 more cocktails. Regular old mixed drinks nothing special. When I got the bill and 4 mixed drinks are 58 dollars that is out of line. I had dinner last week in Manhattan and paid 12 dollars a drink. And the food was well above average This place is in Westbury with no upgrades in the place to charge Manhattan pricing. That was a slap in the face. But I don’t review on price of drinks. On service/ personality of staff. On decor on food on ambience. This place just don’t meet any above average level on anything. Staff is pleasant but stiff. I cracked a joke to the owner and he walked away. I can’t imaging anyone that gives this place a 5 they must only come to this place and don’t venture out to others. I gave a two because a one means it’s a dirty place which this was not. Just not updated Stay away unless you just want to throw away your money for below average.More

The staff is cordial although the waiter does not interact well unless you are a regular. The appetizer ordered by my wife was a salad and it was fine. My appetizer, a special for the night was portobello mushrooms described as grilled with a balsamic...dressing. They were very thin, very small, limp and tasteless. The main entrees were okay but not exceptional. The halibut meuniere was too drenched and had lost it's texture. The few vegetables and glob of mashed were decent. There was no desert tray just a verbal choice of 5 items. They did not offer the small cookies as they used to. We had not been there in almost a year, It used to be much better. The regulars are greeted totally different.More

I hosted a large luncheon there last month after a funeral at Holy rood Cemetery. The staff was very nice, the service was good and the food was good especially the grouper. The salad was underdressed but everything else that was served was good.

I have had the pleasure of dining at The Galleria restaurant for over 30 plus years. This is my first review, and I'm ashamed to say, that it took me so long to write this review. I have dined in many restaurant locations, but I...have never enjoyed my complete dining experience as I have at the superb, and up scale Galleria. Not only is it my favorite restaurant, with it's creative, and tantalizing specials, the general menu selections are fantastic also. What separates the Galleria from other good restaurants, besides the superb food chooses, the professional staff is constantly attentive to your needs, great wine selections, and after meal cordials to round off a fantastic dining experience. When my wife and I dine there, not only do we enjoy the fantastic meals, we enjoy the whole dining experience. We have celebrated birthdays, baby showers, graduation ceremonies, and more, only to say, thank you to Dominic, daughter, and staff, for bringing so much joy to our family. The Galleria is the best of the best.More

We finally returned to Dominick’s Galleria in Westbury. He greeted us warmly. We had a terrific-home cooked Lamb Osso Buco and Grouper. Excellent! Great service, extensive wine list, awesome totally professional service. Awesome portion sizes, real veggies and pasta, very reasonable pricing. A home run!...Thank you Dom! We shall return....soon.More

Dominick is the "Hostess To The Mostest," always welcoming and pleasant, John, Nick, Willie and the entire staff want to ensure that your time dining there is memorable. I love their chopped garden salad and branzino fish, I can eat it everyday. The vegetables are...always so excellent. The dessert, fresh fruit, ice-cream and cookies are refreshing.More

While Dominick is back and clearly in charge, the kitchen has seen better days. Volume of food, does not work if the quality is second class. Some of the wait staff needs to “wake up to reality” or move on.

No dress coder, buy I would not show up in shorts or torn jeans. I usually wear a dress shirt and slacks or nice clean pressed jeans and a dress shirt. There will be customers there that may be in sport jackets. Enjoy. Worth... More
