Met up Family here, from out of Town. Strip Plaza, nothing fancy, could be cold inside during winter, be prepared, were your coats. Service by Kara was excellent, helped with menu selection and kept our Coffees filled. Poked yoke was great! Had, also pancakes ,...omelettes & Egg Sami, all delivered quickly, hot and tasty. You may have to put a little salt on the Home fries, make sure you order them with onions and peppers, only way to go. Group of six, and inside was busy for Breakfast, but Kara did great job! Other members come here often, why we chose location, not disappointed.More

This was a fun little accidental find—and made us very thankful to online reviews because we never would have known this place exists if not for the high ratings. I completely missed the place when we drove by as it’s tucked into the end of...a tiny plaza that sneaks up on you as you drive down Transit. The signage is very easy to miss if you’re not looking for it—and still pretty easily missable even if you are looking for it. The inside is quaint and could even feel cramped or crowded if they’re busy, but the food and service are well worth cramming yourself in for. There were smiles on every employee’s face in there, which is a rare find, especially in a busy place. My wife and I both ordered the eggs benedict and it was fantastic. I also tried the veggie hash as a side out of curiosity. It was healthy and delicious, but it was hard to think of it as “hash” lol more like a breakfast side salad with potatoes.More

We were visiting in area. This was recommended to us by a local. It was awesome. We went back next day with 4 additional family members. Real good. Real good. Great service. Prices very reasonable. Wish we lived close.

After not being able to find a Mother's Day buffet close to home, I found this while searching on line. While not a buffet, all the reviews were positive and I decided to take my wife for a drive (about 45 minutes or so) and...check this place out. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated immediately and our server came over right away to take our drink order then came back a few minutes later to get our food order. Considering how busy they were, it was a reasonable wait, the servings were a decent size and well priced. Our server was also very pleasant. Will definitely eat there again when in the area.More

We were visiting the area and found this treasure of breakfast place. We had 5 people, ordered a variety of dishes and all like them. I had an omelet with feta, tomatoes, green pepper, and onions. Absolutely delicious! The hostess and server were friendly and...efficient. We liked it so much we came back the next day. Ordered a waffle with apples and cinnamon. Also delicious! I would recommend this restaurant.More

After reading the ratings from the Buffalo News picking this place as the #1 Breakfast spot in WNY, we decided to give it a try. The food and service were great! I had the 2 egg breakfast with toast, home fries and 6 very large...pieces of bacon and it was delicious. My wife opted for the cinnamon roll pancakes and she loved them. Our server was friendly and the place was packed on a Friday morning. They even give you a Loyalty card which gets you a free meal after you have 10 meals.More

Excellent service from Kara. Clean restaurant. Steaming hot fresh McCullagh coffee. I ordered the tuna wrap and asked that onions and pickles be added. Not only were they added but they were chopped up and mixed in, not just thrown on. Solid white albacore tuna,...as menu described, no surprises. The fresh cut fries were delicious too. I will return for the cinnamon bun pancakes topped with cream cheese frosting.More

We were doing breakfast with friends and decided on The Polked Yolk in West Seneca. No matter when you try to go to this place it is slammed busy (sign of good food) we put our name in on a Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m....and it was a 40 minute wait.....we were meeting friends we hadn't seen in awhile so we didn't mind waiting as we were chatting and catching up. This tiny place has great food and they have different food items all the time as weekly specials. The 4 of us had a breakfast special, a make your own omelet, a banana waffle and the chicken walnut sandwich special. The food was all delicious as usual. They have unique names for some of their dishes and always something interesting to order, the waffles are always different and very filling. A must try if you are in the area, and from what I understand they have opened a second location on Abbott Road. It was worth the wait for sure. They also have a loyalty club, everytime you eat there they stamp a card and after so many stamps you get a free something.More

Out and about hiking in the south towns, we got hungry and happened upon the Poked Yolk as we headed back to Buffalo. The very unassuming exterior hides delicious breakfast options inside. From the beef on weck version of eggs Benedict, to their own homemade...hash, to homemade biscuits and gravy, this place does it right. I had the latter, and I could not have made better myself. The biscuits were golden and perfect, and the gravy so real, not that viscous stuff you get at other places. Veggie and gluten free options, too. You can get breakfast until they close at 3 pm. Prices great, too.More

Visiting our grad school daughter over this past weekend and made the trek to W Seneca for breakfast ... well worth the drive ! Great food & service, plus down the street from a Cider Mill, which is alway a bonus in autumn.
