My wife and I both had burgers mine was beef and my wife’s was chicken , the meat Pattie’s were so badly burned they were inedible and my wife’s chicken burger was pretty much a burnt flavour that overpowered everything else. When this was mentioned...to the wait staff they basically just said they would talk to the management and that was it.More
We happened to stay at teh same time as a Scenic tour group. They took precedence in the bistro. We wanted lamb rack but we had to wait until they had ordere to know if there would be any left. Answer - no. Food that...we had was perfectly fine and the staff really niceMore
Had dinner tonight. Quick service as got in early. $35 for a parmy with 2 prawns and 2 scallops, most we’ve paid anywhere in Oz. Parmigiana ok but chips cold and salad dry and just lettuce and onion. Girls serving nice but really eating garlic...bread in between orders isn’t a great look. Won’t be back.More
Surprisingly good food! Local pub, easy going. We sat outside near the pool which was lovely on a warm evening. Steaks were great and big serves.
Given the less that inspiring accommodation, my expectations weren't high for this restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. On the first night, we were with a group. The menu was limited and we had to order in advance but when my good old chicken schnitzel...arrived, it was hot and tasty. The next night, we went back for the a la carte menu and the steak cooked on its on hot stone was a treat.More
The food was not good at all. Chicken burger and steak burger looked like they were in a tip top bun. chicken was just pressed chicken snitzel. Steak tough and really no flavour to either. It’s something I would rustled up for the kids when...the pantry was empty. Charge extra and do better. There is a bakery up in Exmouth so perhaps use them. And get better grade frozen chips. Make your own sauce. We ask to have the buns toasted but they came out Not toasted and stale. Great atmosphere but it’s a waste if food is poor.More
enjoyed 3 meals at Potshot's and all were of a high standard and reasonable price, considering the location. Loved the steak sandwich.
Great food at the Bistro. Loved eating out next to the pool on a warm evening. Staff were very freindly. Food arrived in a timely manner and was delicvious!
We had dinner here for a family of four. Large servings of food, but the table served hot stone beef (cooked at our table) was great!
Very chilled bar/restaurant. Good food, relaxed atmosphere, close to backpackers, shops etc. Visited a couple of times during our stay.
Had dinner at the bistro. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food is normal pub grub. If you are looking for valve ,this place fits that bill. If you want 5 star dinning, check the prices and have a think. I would go back...for a quick reasonable feed.More
A ripper place to go while in town. Whether you want a good feed, or a place to relax with a cold beer by the pool.
Nice large restaurant area with lovely outdoor dining, service is good, prices are reasonable, I had a very disappointing chicken curry, taste was terrible, husband had a steak dish which was very well done,
What a gem! We were staying at some villas nearby and popped into the Potshot for a drink each evening before dinner....and ended up eating there 3 nights out of our 7 nights in Exmouth! The staff were always friendly and we couldn't fault the...food, had good meals every single time. Joined everyone at the Potshot for the AFL grand final also, they did it really well, the place was busy inside and out. The beer garden is really nice after the sun sets, the bistro/dining area is also good.More
