Checked into the Novotel Ningaloo this afternoon and while I'm not normally one to savor the Hotel dining offerings, we were at that point of traveling where we really just couldn't be bothered going further than Mantarays Restaurant - a mere 30 metres from our door. Trip Advisor gave it a pretty good rap so there we were, greeted by... More

A lovely dinner at Mantarays whilst in Exmouth. Huge prawns in the entree we shared, followed by lamb for him and salmon for me, and finished with the specialty chocolate dessert! Beautiful venue, with attentive, professional and friendly staff! Looking forward to our next trip so we can go again. Should be on everyone's list!

To celebrate an event we went to Mantarays at the Novotel Ningaloo Resort. Now this is a resort and Mantarays befits such a good resort. The service was excellant and the food was sublime. Expensive but worth it.

Not too many options in Exmouth for Sunday lunch so decided to try the expensive hotel restaurant. Service and food were both great although limited choices for gluten free. Asked for our grilled fish not to have any flour coating but the message didn't reach the chef. Lovely young waitress but not overly experienced. Enjoyed the food and wine but... More

Great full breakfast (buffet), with sausages, really nice scrambled eggs, baked beans and hash browns etc. Good service and a continental breakfast available. Magnificent view out the huge windows.

Met up with an old school friend at the restaurant. Dined with new friends and families. We were seated outside on the terrace, beautiful views of the pool and beyond to the beach. Excellent, very attentive service by everyone.

For friendly service, amazing setting and good food, this is a must! Try the strawberry, beetroot and mozzarella salad, confit duck or the bouillabaisse! A delightful way to enjoy a meal!
