Wasn't sure what time the bakery opened but I can see someone has replied so that's great! I did assume that as it is a bakery they would be early birds! I'm sure your breakfast will be delicious! Enjoy :-)
if you operate a business you need to pay penalty rates or you will lose staff no one wants to work public holidays and give up family time for nothing in return except a smile if you are busy and need to open for a public... More
