We went here on our first night in Anacapri by chance because we were exhausted from travel and it was close to our hotel. From the front it looked like a basic local restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were brought to their...terrace in the back that was quaint and filled with lemon trees. The food was amazing and the prices were great. There is a wood burning oven for the pizza right in the dining room, and we loved it so much that we went back a second time on our last night on the island! Definitely a must-try when in Capri!More

Best place to eat in Anacapri! Salvatore is the man and makes the best dessert. You cannot get it anywhere else. This is a must stop.

We ordered 2 pasta dishes- a tomato-based eggplant penne dish and the zucchini pasta. Neither were very good, but what really stood out was the service; the two servers were not just unfriendly, they were rude. As in, rude comments and hand gestures for no...reason whatsoever. We arrived when only one other table was occupied, but when we asked to sit at a table bordering the grass and lemon trees we were told that those tables were reserved and that the restaurant would be very busy that night. Thirty minutes later, a couple asked for the same table and somehow it wasn’t reserved anymore- they were immediately seated. Food was meh, service was aggressively bad. Skip it.More

The arrabbiata was the best I’ve had in Italy. The staff are hilarious, they had me and my girlfriend in stitches laughing. Lovely outside area. Very affordable prices. Would highly recommend. :)

I love pizza and so when the locals told me to go here I did- and again and again. I went here 5 times in a week it was so good! We also I got the special pasta and it became a fav, too, as...well as the salads. But omg the pizza. The service was friendly - they treated me and my friends so well - and the space lovely with the trees outside. Charming and delish - enjoy!More

One of the best meals I had in the Amalfi. I had a delicious local burrata with tomatoes and basil. Then, I also had one of the best spaghetti vongole’s I have ever had. The restaurant is unassuming from the street, but the back garden...is very charming. I highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Capri/Anacapri.More

One of the best places to get food here !! Got an amazing lemon pasta with seafood and house wine! Everything was DELICIOUS! The staff was so sweet and attentive! DEFINITELY get the melonchello shots (they are homemade)! We loved Salvatore and his restaurant!

we called in late afternoon after doing the sentiglie de forti walk before we descended the phonoecian steps back into capri. we were tired and hungry and we were told that the kitchen was closed really but we could have, pizza's and burrata and beer....haha - my god it was delicious, we ate at some of the finest restaurants in Rome, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano Ravello etc etc and this impulse lunch was right up there. Fresh, light tasty burrata and beautiful pizza ( wait it's just pizza right?) - just go try it, we even had a lemon dessert and a couple of meloncello's (melloncelli?) Anyhow it was laughably good.
