We ordered a couple of Orange Crush drinks while waiting for a take away order of chicken wings. The chicken wings are a bit expensive for just 10 wings, $14.95? I got back to our place only to find they hadn't given me any celery....Disappointed... They are understaffed, but the kitchen does very well to get the food out as soon as they can.More

This bar is located just off the beaten path and would be easy to miss but don’t. If you are looking for a good local hangout you would be hard pressed to find better. It is located in a strip center on the way to...Harpoon Hannas. It is usually busy but the service is so good it’s amazing. We sat ourselves and were approached with menus and our drink orders were taken within 2 min.....I’m not kidding. Keep in mind that this is a sports bar so your sections are limited to typical bar food and the best subs in the area. Happy Hour is from 11 to 7 and offer food and drink discounts (local pints $2.00). It caterers to an older and local clientele. Tons of TVs and they offer music some nights. If you’re looking for an unpretentious well run and friendly atmosphere then drop in. Did I say the service was great?More

We walked into the restaurant took a look at the menu but there was very little as far as a gluten-free choice on their menu. Very little. So we walked out after paying for our drinks. This was disappointing.

Very close to Gino's and or Pats in Philadelphia. You can have it your way here as well! The drinks are pretty good to and fast service. You will enjoy it!

My wife and I have been frequenting High Stakes for going on 3 years. My last review mentioned that the service had slipped. What I THINK happened was we were there during high season and there was not enough staff to handle the crowd. Anyway,...those experiences are in the past and all of our recent visits are back to 5 stars. Still the best cheese steaks in the area😉👍!More

Since our first visit in 2014 Highstakes has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants/bars to visit whenever in town and we love bringing our friends with us. During our summer vacation we brought our dearest friends here for drinks & dinner and they loved...it. The crushes are always on point, especially if Eric or Todd are making them. The crabcake sliders are a great deal at 2 for $10, no filler just loaded with crabmeat. We try to come before 7 to take advantage of all of their great happy hour specials and I'm pretty sure they have the best & longest happy hour in town - everyday 11 to 7. They recently changed their fried pickles and I love the new version, you get loads more without compromising taste and the dipping sauce packs a slight punch. It's a given that their cheesesteaks are the best, after all the owner is from Philly, I usually get the mini and can't even finish that and every day they have a different drink and food special and bingo on Sundays.More

Family went there for wings beers and cheesesteaks - the food was good, the beer was cold and the staff was pleasant- the pricing was very reasonable

The menu is not huge, but everything I've eaten has been good. It can get crowded when there are special events. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It is always good. Great cheese steaks. Good fries. Waiters and waitresses always very accommodating !
