Starting off, they accepted our reservation for party if 10. No other area place accepted any reservations. Next, we were seated immediately upon arrival. It only gets better. The staff was attentive and the food was awesome. Not your typical OC food, which we have grown tired of over the years due to declining quality. Everyone loved the lobsters and... More

Our family went to Twinings Lobster Shanty for the first time this year and I ordered the Surf & Turf. It was an 8oz Flat Iron steak and either crab cake or lobster tail. I got the lobster tail and it was great, the steak was grilled perfectly, corn on the cob was eastern shore perfect. Others got Jumbo lump... More

Flew my wife to OCNJ for her birthday weekend. Got stuck for an extra day due to weather (life is ROUGH I tell ya). Since we had planned so well for food the fridge was bare (except for beer) the extra day so we decided to do a dinner out .. Had a little trouble finding the place. If you... More

This was our first time at the restaurant and it will go on our annual list now! What a great local spot. We loved the interior atmosphere and the food was wonderful. My husband said his clam chowder (kuahog and scallop chowdah on the menu) was one of the best he's ever had; my lobster and shrimp bisque was also... More

First time at this restaurant and it was great! It looks like a shack from the outside but it has a very pleasant atmosphere inside and beautiful views overlooking the bay/marsh. I'm a crab lover at the beach but I sure don't mind having some lobster as well! I got the Shanty Feast which included a 1 lb lobster, 1/4... More

Dinner was great. Chowder was great. I haven't crab stuffed lobster tail. Directions on this app were bad. Great views. Parking was tight.

Most tables have a good view of the marsh land next to the restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and they have something for everyone. We were there for an early meal and had no issues with parking or getting a table, but the presence of a parking attendant suggested it could get busy during peak times.

Good food, reasonable prices for the amount of lobster in the dishes. Nice view. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the noise. A lot of ambient noise in a large open space, tough to hear.

Really good seafood with one of the best views of the bay in the area. Great place to have a friendly cocktail only a few feet from the water. Outside dining all summer with great service.

Excellent lobster and seafood in a very casual restaurant sitting on the bay with beautiful views. The sangria was really good. Does not take reservations so be prepared to wait if you don't come early or late. There is a nice open air deck on the side.
