Everything about the experience was excellent. From start to finish I was impressed. As a local tend to not visit fine dining establishments way too often, however I would make an exception for the 2 fools.

A Five course spectacular with two options for wine pairing- this was a highlight of our stay in Aruba. There are a limited number of diners, all sitting around a u Shaped bar (fewer than usual due to COVID restrictions. We felt well- spaced apart...and comfortable. Every dish in the fixed menu was exceptional, and we enjoyed the explanations from the "two fools" i.e. the owner and the chef. We booked a month in advance and it was well worth it. Foodies should not miss this.More

An amazing evening in Aruba! Great ambiance, careful attention to covid with distanced seating, fabulous wine pairing selections (with generous refills), and two amazing hosts- Rodger and Chef Roy, make for an awesome evening. But, the star of the show are the 5 1/2 courses...of gourmet treats that you will be served. Starting with a delectable amuse bouche to tuna with goat cheese and orange to a mouthwatering crabcake with arugula and saffron to a rich rigatoni with veal and truffle to an inventive take on filet mignon. Each course paired perfectly with great wines. Lastly, the meal ended with a playful dessert of strawberry kiwi crumble that was light, refreshing, and so so good. Due to current restrictions the meal started one hour earlier so that the experience was well timed with plenty of breaks between courses so you did not feel rushed at all. The menu changes every couple of months and we were lucky to be part of this current lineup as it is about to change in the next week or two. We look forward to next year for a new culinary surprise. Go and visit Roger and Chef Roy for a fabulous experience and treat yourself to what will be the highlight of your trip. (And that ain’t no bull!)More

This spot is an absolute gem on the island. Roy and Roger really know what they’re doing here and it’s special. The food is creative and extremely flavorful. I think it’s probably in my best interest to not mention what we had and have it...be a surprise for the next newcomersMore

It was as amazing as prior reviews glowed. Even with Covid curfew and restrictions everything was top notch. Food is outstanding, plated with artistry. The space inside and out is gorgeous. They are able to accommodate any dietary restrictions. It’s enjoyable to dine with other...couples. A fabulous experience from beginning to the dessert finale.More

This place was just hit or miss. I had the BEST burrata of my life (I don’t say this lightly as a huge fan of the cheese). But, the sea bass was really pretty bad. We were also served ravioli (good, not great), veal (delicious,...tender) & tiramisu dessert (awesome). Half the dishes were amazing and half I could have done without. We tried all the top restaurants (Senses, Infini, Freds, Kitchen Table & Elements) and we LOVE innovative, modern, interesting flavor combinationsMore

This is our second visit here. Roger and Roy are quite a pair as the "2 fools" running this culinary experience. Food portions were perfect. Wine choices were excellent. Twelve people, mostly strangers, sharing an evening of conversation and wonderful food! Well worth the cost...for an evening you will not soon forget!More

I’ve been to Aruba many times but has never been to 2 Fools and a Bull. I’m so glad I got the chance to go this trip. What an experience! We live in New Orleans which is a big food city and we love dinners...like this. Many courses, wine pairings, the fun of everyone around you enjoying their incredible food and drinks - it’s just so much fun! There were 6 couples, 2 had been before and the rest of us were new to the fools and the Bull. Everyone had an amazing time! The pace is the meal is perfect and the pours are generous. There is a nice patio to break from the dining room before, during, and after the meal. The Fools called taxis for everyone at the end of the meal. Top notch attention to detail in every way!More
