This place is a must! We came here for breakfast 4 out of the 5 days we were in Aruba. The American pancakes, French toast, Dutch pancakes, fresh fruits, coffee and drinks were delicious!!! Our server Omar was excellent! Cheers to the bar tender Julian who made amazing drinks and Shot out to our favorite Chef Ricardo Niels!!! The whole staff was awesome! We truly felt like family. While in Aruba, do not miss the opportunity to visit The Pancake Factory, you will be happy you did!

Loved the breakfast! Ordered a Dutch pancake with Nutella, Bannas and strawberries with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Next time I need to add some ice cream also. Loved the atmosphere also!!

On our last day in our happy place we tried The Pancake Factory and had the Red Forest Dutch pancakes with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and whipped cream. We were so impressed especially having had the usual Dutch pancakes from Linda’s pancakes in the past, and we were so glad that we tried this place. We were also very pleased to have met Chef Ricardo who ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend coming to The Pancake Factory as it has exceeded our expectations and clearly stands out in front of the usual Dutch Pancake breakfast spots.

People are very nice but all I’ve the place you don’t know who is serving you it took me 15 minutes to get a check that I asked for. I had to ask three different people for a glass of milk and it came with ice cubes in it. The coffee gets charged per cup no free refills. Eggs fried were excellent as per my wife. Now the pancakes omg. Zero taste. Under cooked thick thick thick. I didn’t have anything but butter and syrup. I have eaten pancakes for 50 years all over the world. Since I don’t like eggs. And these were the worst. I also watched the cook take the pancake out of the pan with her hand no gloves to see if underside was cooked. I gave it a two because my wife said the eggs were very very good. I will never
Go back and do not recommend if you’re eating pancakes. Should have listened to the one review from September she was right on the money.

I will say that the food was fantastic. The server did tell us that the prices had been increased and the menu we were looking at did not reflect the increase, our fault for not asking the prices. However, never would have imagined the order of pancakes and French toast would be $25 each. $90 for a family of 4 for breakfast is a little outrageous. Would return if the prices were more reasonable and comparable to other restaurants.

We didn't enjoy the food but nothing was nasty. The crepe style pancake was soggy. The American style tasted nothing like American pancake. The texture wasn't right and they were too thick..you'd get better tasting pancake at IHOP. Service was ok.

We went to the Pancake Factory on Sunday for breakfast with friend and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was Nathaly. She was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain the menu since they have different kinds of pancakes like the Japanese and the Dutch pancakes. The food was also delicious as the eggs and bacon were cooked as requested. We will definitely go back.

Firstly, the decor & service were outstanding!
Charisa went out of her way to accommodate us with whatever we needed!
Secondly, Ricardo (the chef) also over exceeded our expectations with his food (presentation & great taste) and his friendly and professional touch to make us feel right at home.
If you want a delicious breakfast/brunch with a great ambiance and outstanding service, this is definitely the place to visit!
A toast 🥂to hardworking people who love what they do …. and it shows !

We went here for our last breakfast in Aruba. While the food was fine the prices were ridiculous. My friend and I ordered Dutch pancakes with fresh berries. It wasn’t clear on the menu that the price of the berries didn’t include the pancakes- they were extra. Unlike any sit down breakfast spot I’ve been to, either here or in the States, they charged for a second cup of coffee. Not to mention that beverage prices aren’t on the menu
You are much better off going to Linda’s Pancakes. The food is better and the prices much more reasonable

We went to try the Japanese Pancake.
And it did not dissapoint.
The waiter took the time beforehand, to explaine the process,
and why it would take a bit longer, compared to a regular pancake.
And it was worth the wait.
The texture is like something we never had before,
firm, but super fluffy, and deliciouse.
All the waiters were super friendly and attentive.
I defenitley reccomend this place.
It’s worth your money and time.

This spot is a great place for a late Breakfast/Brunch. Beautiful ambiance and the wait staff (Joshua) was awesome. The Chef is the best part of the experience. His attention to detail and his eagerness to make sure every customer is satisfied is second to none. My family ate here two days in a row!!!! The Chef also has Bogarts next door I can’t wait to experience what he has to offer for Dinner!!!

When in Aruba its our favorite place for breakfast !! The staff treat us like family !! Our favorite waitress is Malin she is the sweetest and as professional as they come plus always gives us ideas on what to do while visiting The breakfast is yummy If you want a typical American breakfast or one of their yummy Dutch Pancake breakfast This is the place. Also at night they serve wonderful tapas. Check out this establishment You won’t be disappointed

We are a family with a young child, and eating out can be very stressful. We visited the Pancake Factory early in our visit to Aruba, and we blown away with the friendly service and delicious food. Nathaly and Jerrold took care of us. They even brought out fresh fruit for our 1 year old. They provided such excellent service and delicious food we went back 3 more times! I cannot recommend Pancake Factory enough. It’s by far the best breakfast in Aruba!

We loved the Pancake Factory. We are here twice.
The pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles were cooked to perfection. Jose, our server was amazing! He was attentive, polite and very helpful with information about the island. One the second trip he remember my order almost exactly. The mimosas are grate too, different flavors. When in Aruba, definitely dine here, you won’t be disappointed

My wife and I ate here two mornings in a row because the food was great and our server, Franky, really hit it off with our twelve-month old. Super chill atmosphere and quality breakfast for a very reasonable price... we definitely recommend this spot to start your day.
