Enjoyed one of the best smoothies IN Zanzibar here. The place is quite quaint and a bit hidden but worth the visit if you love good smoothies and great food. It's hard to find a nice thick drink in Zanzibar but I thoroughly enjoyed my banana/peanut butter smoothie. They are also very reasonably priced!

The food was also amazingly tasty, and reasonably priced! Wish we had discovered it earlier in our visit to Stone Town, as we would have had many more meals there.

good range of smoothies and juices. Some juices in Zanzibar are pre-made with lots of sugar but here they are freshly blended so you can tell them not to add any. the calamari salad was also delicious and light, good for a quick lunch. there is however, no wifi

We were shown this restaurant by friends that had been living her for a while. It is clean. The menu has the usual variety. Our pick was vegitarian curry with chapati, the bread fried in oil. It tasted well. I recommend extra chapatis from the beginning! The smoothies were extraordinary good, especially the one with peanut butter! We will com... More

If you are in Stone Town on Shangani st you have to stop by and grab a smoothie. Food is fresh and tasty. Although you do have to wait atleast 25mins before the food arrives. If you have time to kill and are looking for something fresh and reasonably priced for lunch, I would recommend Lazuli. The wonder whirl is... More

The family enjoyed our meal, minus our daughter who was disappointed the chicken tika masala was not the orange, creamy-sauced variety she was hoping for. I had a great lime and ginger soda. And all our food was fresh tasting and well spiced. A relative bargain for the area of Stone Town as well.

If ever you are thirsty in the winding narrow streets of Stonetown, look for Lazuli. They have the best smoothies made from fresh fruit, it might take a while but it is surely worth the wait. Food portions are huge and fairly priced.

Got the daily special coconut curry and the pan seared tuna. Servings were astonishingly tiny, even by our Asian standards. The tuna was barely 3oz and the side salad was a <10 sliced pieces of cucumber and carrots. The taste was OMG alright, too. Disappointing and very poor value for money.
