The sea view is OK, the staff also. Food? I cannot remember. Toilets? aromatic. A good place to spend one hour when absolutely hungry.

A great spot for a bite of lunch and located right on the water. With some Freddie Mercury and Queen memorabilia throughout, it was a fun place.

Food is good and the sunset views are amazing. Had the grilled tuna skewers which were very good. Good place to hang out with friends.

We visited one evening for a drink on our way back to our hotel just around the corner, but thought it looked good so went back the next evening for dinner. We sat on the edge of the terrace with a gret view of the...locals playing football on the beach and the goings on at the port. The food was very nice and the service good. Not too pricey but it was the view & location that were the main draw for us.More

The location is great, right on the waterfront. The staff is friendly. The food is nothing to get excited about, and the prices are a bit high.

We have been waiting for an hour for dinner and no notice of our dishes, very slow kitchen flow. Definitely I don’t recommend it.

Didn't eat anything but had a few cold ones and had a great chat to the barman. Couldn't fault anything here. It was blistering hot and our beers didn't stay cold long enough so the barman gave us our own ice buckets to keep our...beers cool. Happiness.More

Over priced, we went for a drink, waitress was disappointed when we only ordered drinks, no help or anything when we asked if they had wifi, huffing and puffing, she did my wifi then went, I had to hotspot for my wife, location isn't perfect,...right on the port, think they are living on Freddie's name, dont think he was a customer thereMore

A bar right on the beach in Zanzibar, great for people watching with a lovely sunset view of the boats on the sea. Sounds good so far? Yes, and it's named after Freddy Mercury and they play the best of Queen. Surreal? Certainly! but why...you ask? The irony is Tanzania is a very homophobic place, yet they seem to have no problem in cashing in on Freddy Mercury's fame. Anyway, being in Zanzibar for work, and after a very long workday outdoors, we suspended all judgments, enjoyed our cold drinks, the pretty good seafood and of course, the view of the beautiful sunset and left. Overall pretty reasonably priced and we were lucky to be there on a quieter night and just relax. The world is truly a mixed place, and we don't always have to feel comfortable with everywhere we go. Sometimes it is best to disentangle one's own emotions and suspend judgments and just take in the experience as presented.More

Probably not a good idea to leave luggage in restaurant. They are small and full of people. Take them to nearest hotel and give them to bell captain to hold. Tip him a few dollars per bag
